FBI arrests two Texas men (Texas men?) in relation to Troy couple’s slaying
TROY — Two more suspects will face charges in the alleged contract killings of a Troy couple, police said Saturday.
Narayan Thadani and Douglas Tabor, both Texas residents, were arrested late Friday night in the Houston area by FBI agents on charges of conspiracy to commit murder in conjunction. They are suspects in the deaths of Birj Mohan Chhabra, 65, and his wife Aasha Chhabra, 56. The couple was killed Tuesday in their home on Delaware Drive.
“These new arrests are important elements in the case against our suspects,” said Troy Police Lt. Gerard Scherlinck on Saturday.
Police said Miguel Angel Servando-Ortiz, 40, of Katy, Texas, and Nelson Oswaldo Mendoza, 34, of Houston traveled to Troy to carry out the murder-for-hire. They were arrested Tuesday by Taylor police during a traffic stop in which blood-stained clothing, a semi-automatic handgun and a map to the victims’ home were found inside their vehicle.
The pair were arraigned Friday in Troy on first degree premeditated murder and firearm charges. A preliminary exam is scheduled for March 27 in Troy District Court. Both are being held in the Oakland County Jail without bond. Servando-Ortiz is in the United States illegally, according to federal authorities.
Scherlinck said Thadani and Tabor are awaiting an appearance before a federal magistrate in Houston. The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Detroit and Detroit FBI Office anticipate their extradition to Detroit to face federal charges in this case Monday, he said.
“This will not impede the prosecution for state offenses, although our suspects may also face federal charges,” he said.
Thadani is a longtime family friend of the Chhabra’s, against whom they had filed suit over the use of $1.5 million in funds associated with Aasha Chhabra’s family estate in India. Tabor is an associate of Thadani’s, Scherlinck said.
The News has reported how Servando-Ortiz and Mendoza, both El Salvador nationals, were allegedly promised $100,000 to kill the couple, according to prosecutors.
Both victims were found in the second-floor bedroom of their home. Both were killed by a single contact gunshot wound to the head.
Aasha Chhabra had multiple sclerosis and was largely confined to bed or a wheelchair. Her husband was a computer programming consultant and yoga instructor.
Aasha Chhabra apparently relied on Thadani’s help in liquidating assets left to her in India by her parents. Allegations contained within a still pending 2006 lawsuit show Aasha Chhabra alleged Thadani moved her funds to his own account — without her knowledge or permission — and refused her demands to return them to her, along with her passport, green card and ID.

Tucson Police arrested three people Saturday afternoon in connection with the death of a cab driver.
Captain Bill Richards said officers arrested one man and two women from a midtown apartment complex, “We believe all three were present at the time the cab driver was murdered, robbery was the motive,” he said.
Police found Timothy Royce late Wednesday night in a midtown alley. The 27-year-old had been shot to death.
Dianna Barsotti, Royce’s mother said, “The news was shocking and I really want to take an opportunity to thank the Tucson Police Department.” His fiance Melissa Bothwick who is pregnant with Royce’s baby said, “Mostly relieved. Hopefully it will be the beginning of the end for some closure for some justice and for all of us and for Tim.”
Royce’s funeral services have been set for Wednesday.

Police identify three arrested in cab driver slaying
Tucson police have identified a young man, a woman and a teenager arrested Saturday in Wednesday’s slaying of a taxi cab driver.
Ruben E. Archunde, 20, Marisela N. Pacheco, 30, and Jessica R. Gallegos, 16, were booked into the Pima County Jail Saturday night, said Officer Frank Amado, a police spokesman.
They were held on suspicion of first degree murder, armed robbery and aggravated robbery, Amado said.
Driver Timothy R. Royce, 27, died of an apparent gunshot wound. His body was found in an alley around Sixth Avenue and Helen Street late Wednesday night near his abandoned Yellow Cab.
Police said Royce was shot to death in an apparent robbery and they are in the early stages of investigating “several scenarios.â€

The house on Cambria Drive in the Innerarity Point community looks like any other cottage in this quiet, beach community…unassuming and quiet. But sheriff’s investigators in Escambia County, Florida, say the house was a supply and distribution center for a major drug operation.
“We’ve been looking at this house for four months,” says Glenn Austin, spokesman for the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office. “Our narcotics agents and agents with the D.E.A. worked on this case.”
Ruben Flores and his step-son, Ivan Valdespino were arrested on dozens of drug trafficking charges. Agents found large amounts of crack cocaine, powder cocaine, meth and mushrooms inside the house. Detectives also seized cash, weapons and cars during the arrest.
“Because of this arrest, the drug flow in this part of the county will dry up or be reduced significantly,” says Austin.
Flores and Valdespino are in police custody tonight. Flores’ bond has been set 620-thousand dollars. Bond for Valdespino has been set at 875-thousand dollars. Even if Flores makes bond, he might not be released from jail. Agents in Texas have posted a warrant for Flores’ arrest on another case.

Hundreds of Israeli occupation troops stormed a Palestinian orphanage and a boarding school in the southern West Bank City of Hebron early Thursday, looting large amounts of frozen food, dairy products, clothes, shoes, refrigerators and kitchen equipments, local officials and eyewitnesses said.
The looted material were to be used to feed and cloth as many as seven thousand orphan girls and boys, many of them attending boarding schools run by the Islamic Charitable Society.
According to neighbors, the looting operation started around midnight Wednesday when soldiers stormed the al-Harayek neighborhood in Hebron where the inventory department of the Islamic Charitable Society is located.
“They (Israeli soldiers) forced open the main gate and outer doors and then started loading everything on trucks they brought with them,” said Muhammed Awwad, an official at the Society’s Inventory Department.
“They looted millions of dollars worth of equipments and products, it is an organized robbery, except that it is carried out by the army of a state that claims to be civilized and democratic.”
Awwad said the soldiers seized hundreds of crates of frozen meet, numerous food containers as well as a huge amount of clothes, including Pajamas, underwear, sanitary material, toilet papers, shoes, sport equipment, blankets, mattresses, and handkerchiefs.
“They even looted female children underwear, They robbed us clean.”" Awwad said.

S.Africa cabinet approves White land Elimination bill
South Africa’s cabinet has approved a bill that would speed up its land reform programme aimed at transferring 30 percent of farmland to black ownership by 2014, a government spokesman said on Thursday.
For those skeptics still out there this is exactly the same rout that the government followed in Zimbabwe. Be very afraid if you still love your country because the full economic implications and detrimental affects to foreign investment are too wide to be accurately estimated.

An existing land expropriation act has failed to make significant inroads into land redistribution.
The government says a willing-buyer willing-seller arrangement with farmers has failed. White farmers are hesitant to sell their prime land at reduced market prices.
“It’s approved as of yesterday,” government spokesman Themba Maseko told Reuters.
The bill now needs parliamentary approval.
The government set itself a target of handing 30 percent of all agricultural land to the black majority by 2014 but it is only just approaching 4 percent of that target and says it needs to accelerate the process.
To do so, authorities have gradually embarked on seizures to return land to blacks whose land was forcibly taken under previous governments. Officials have stuck by the 2014 target, as land activists grow increasingly impatient.
“The transformation we are pursuing is not intended to negatively affect farming, but to strengthen it, expand it and make it more sustainable,” Jacob Zuma, leader of the ruling ANC, said in a speech to South African grain farmers on Thursday.
CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS
The bill calls for the state to take reasonable legislative and other measures to enable citizens to gain access to land on an equitable basis.
“Expropriation must be regulated by constitutional rights to administrative action that is lawful, reasonable and procedurally fair,” reads part of a supplementary note on the bill Maseko presented after the briefing.
Officials say whites, who still dominate farming more than a decade after the end of apartheid, have stalled the programme by demanding excessive prices.
White farmers say the step is too drastic and blame bureaucratic shortcomings for slow progress.

For decades the United States has funded an effort intended to help Christians, Zoroastrians and Jews escape persecution in Iran. Now some of their leaders are questioning American motives as sects that have endured here for thousands of years dwindle rapidly as a result of the migration.
Since the late 1980s, the U.S. government has made it easier for certain foreigners fleeing religious oppression overseas, such as in the former Soviet Union or Indochina, to immigrate to America.
But leaders of Iran’s non-Muslim religious minority groups say their communities are not mistreated by the Iranian government, whose actions are overseen by Shiite Muslim clerics. Instead, some Christian and Zoroastrian leaders say, their members are leaving mainly to take advantage of the program’s offer of a streamlined path to legal residence in the United States for a fee of $3,000.
“Christians and Zoroastrians leave because of unemployment, the bad economy, but these problems affect all Iranians,” said Yonathan Betkolia, an Assyrian Christian leader and member of Iran’s parliament who holds the United States responsible for his community’s decline. “They give all those green cards to our people. Their only goal is to propagate the idea that Iran is mistreating its minorities.”
The program is coordinated by the New York-based Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society, or HIAS, which traditionally has helped resettle Jews in the United States. It received about $3.4 million in U.S. government funding last year to help non-Muslim minorities leave Iran.
There are no reliable numbers on the sizes of those communities in Iran, a predominantly Shiite country of 65 million to 70 million that is also home to Muslim ethnic minorities, including Kurds, Arabs and Baluchis. According to a census taken in 1976, there were 420,000 non-Muslims in a population of nearly 34 million. Many non-Muslims fled the country after the 1979 Islamic revolution.
Despite the Iranian government’s bellicose approach to Israel, Jews in the country say they can practice their religion freely. More than 25,000 Jews remain in Iran, community leaders say, making it the largest Jewish population in the Middle East outside Israel.
The State Department says 2,842 Jews have left Iran for the United States under the program in the past decade, compared with more than 18,000 members of other non-Muslim minority groups. More than 10,000 Iranians are waiting now to travel to Vienna, where HIAS facilitates their passage to the United States as refugees, according to a former U.S. official familiar with the program.
“The migration is a big, big problem for all non-Muslim minorities in Iran,” said Kurosh Niknam, a parliament member representing Iran’s Zoroastrians, adherents of the pre-Islamic national faith that he estimates has shrunk by half since the 1979 revolution. “I wish everybody would come back to Iran, but I guess they won’t. It looks like there will be no Zoroastrians left in this country in 30 years.”
HIAS was selected early this decade by the State Department to be the sole agency for processing Iranian minorities from Vienna, where it operates what it calls an “overseas processing entity.” In 2004, Congress passed a law that made it easier for religious minorities from Iran to qualify as refugees.

Woman convicted for selling pre-teen for sex
A woman pleaded guilty this week after prosecutors say she helped a man pay to have sex with a pre-teen girl.
38-year-old Tina Day pleaded guilty to promoting prostitution. Police say Surgio Viveros paid Day $15 to have sex with the girl. Viveros, was convicted Tuesday of paying twice to have sex with the child.
“It involved a betrayal of trust and a sense of isolation,” said Jackson Deputy Prosecutor Katie Mote. “It is especially upsetting in this case that the victim is a child.”
Viveros is a neighbor of Day’s at a Seymour apartment complex. He is now in the Jackson County Jail, not far from another man in the case, Jose Romero Mendez. Mendez, who is Day’s boyfriend, didn’t pay her to have sex with the girl, he just went ahead and molested her. He was convicted on two counts of child molest. The sex acts against the child happened over a two-month period over the summer.
“I think that’s a natural question to ask, for what could this money have been used,” Mote said. “I don’t know the answer.”
Police learned of the crime when the girl told a school counselor. Neighbors at the apartment complex are offended by the crime, but glad the men and Day were caught.
“I think it’s scary. I think that’s gross, just nasty,” one neighbor said.

JEW YORK — A cab driver who made headlines this week when he claimed that a passenger had abandoned a baby in his car was arrested Saturday and charged with making up the tale.
Police said the driver, Klever Sailema, was part of a scheme by an overwhelmed Bronx family to abandon the child, who had been born to a 14-year-old girl.
The family’s ill-conceived plot to turn the child over the city collapsed late Friday night and several people were under arrest early Saturday.
The baby’s mother has also been identified, but will likely not face charges because of her age, police said.
Investigators were still hunting for the child’s father, who was believed to be 27 years old, said Police Department spokesman Paul Browne.
New York State Federation Of Taxi Drivers Spokesman Fernando Mateo, who had championed Sailema as a hero earlier in the week, said he felt betrayed, but wouldn’t condemn the cabbie.
“I am looking at a desperate man who was trying to help a desperate family,” Mateo said.
The arrests were a stunning development in a case that had captivated the city after the adorable baby’s pictures were published in newspapers and broadcast on TV.
Sailema briefly became a media darling after he dropped the baby off at a Queens fire station Thursday, saying the child, who was about 6 months old, had been left in his car by a stranger.
The cabbie told investigators his fare was a nervous-looking man who had gotten in carrying the baby and a diaper bag, then asked the driver to pull over so he could make a phone call, and promptly fled.
Sailema even provided enough detail about the man’s appearance that police released a sketch of the suspect. He repeated his tale to reporters at a news conference on Friday.
Police now say that Sailema was in on the abandonment plot from the start.

Former Priest Sentenced On Fraud Conviction
A former Roman Catholic priest was sentenced to 63 months in prison Thursday for stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from two rural Virginia parishes.
Rodney Rodis, 51, pleaded guilty to mail fraud and money laundering in October in the theft of more than $600,000 in donations from St. Jude Church and Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Louisa County between 2002 and 2006.
U.S. District Judge Richard Williams issued the maximum punishment under federal sentencing guidelines and gave Rodis credit for time he had already served since last May. Williams also ordered Rodis to repay the Roman Catholic Diocese of Richmond more than $591,000 and is requiring him to meet with federal immigration officials for possible deportation after his prison term ends.

The ways of Jewish supremacist treason, treachery and flimflam are a reality as cold and piercing as the point of a knife cutting at the heart of our society and its health, safety and potential for survival. America’s greatest enemy is not radical Islam or fundamentalist Christianity, but the unspoken threat of Jewish supremacism, its Talmudic Jewish hatred of non-Jews and the political machinations, flair and money of international Zionism. How have they destroyed us in the past and how are they still launching unprovoked broadsides in the present against our freedoms, liberties and ability to resist the toxins they inject into the body politic? Come, let us count the ways.
1. They have pushed the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Central American Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA) and the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT), all of which have served to hollow out America’s manufacturing base. The neo-conservative Jews (former Trotskyites) have substituted their enthusiasm for international Communism with a naïve or malevolent embracing of international capitalism, which is simply an inverted brand of Marxism. It is as utopian and pie-in-the-sky as anything concocted by the old Comintern they once cherished. Of course, these neo-cons care little for the impact that “free trade†policies have had on European-Americans whose jobs are being shipped away to China, Mexico and any other destination where the regulations are sparse and the pay for cheap labor even sparser. All of this “free market†fundamentalism has been the gospel read by many converts in the modern periodical Bibles of neo-conservatism, the Weekly Standard, the American Spectator, the Wall Street Journal and the National Review, all run by Zionist Jews.
2. They have made up the lion’s share of spies and traitors throughout American history. These spies include Harry Dexter White (a crypto-Jew), Julius and Ethel Rosenberg, Harry Gold, Morton Sobel and Jonathan Pollard among many, many others. All of these Jews have compromised American security by passing on our most guarded secrets to nations like the former Soviet Union, China and of course their favorite state, Israel. After the attacks of 9/11, Michael Chertoff, a Zionist Jew and dual citizen of Israel who is the head of Homeland Security, allowed over 100 Israeli spies who had failed lie detector tests and were suspected by the FBI, to leave the United States. They returned to Israel where they were forever out of the reach of American law enforcement. Since this time Jewish espionage has only been emboldened by our complacency and two officials from the American-Israeli Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), Steve Rosen and Keith Weissman have been indicted for passing along secret US documents to Israel.
3. They have accrued a king’s fortune and propagandized an entire generation with the new American religion of Holocaust, converting the masses with the evangelistic outreach of Holocaust films like Schindler’s List, The Diary of Anne Frank or The Pianist. Many Euro-Americans, thanks to these movies, now see the Jews as history’s “premier victims†who have been persecuted without cause, despite the fact that Jews run almost the entire Western media, steer and manipulate its foreign policy and pursue legislation designed to implement a genocide against white people the world over. Due to the lies, half-truths and exaggerated absurdities now attached to the events of the Second World War, Jews currently make up an untouchably holy upper crust, an overclass of elitists who demand absolute obeisance and the curtailment of the rights of non-Jews living within their host country, the United States.
4. They have led the media attack on the American white male, portraying him in TV commercials as a brain-dead buffoon, a cuckolded dunce and a predictable bumbler. He is only saved from his Mr. Magoo-like meanderings by his intelligent wife or a genial and golden-hearted minority, usually an African-American who is educated and amiable. On situation comedies and in Hollywood fare, the white male is either sex-starved and the butt of jokes and disrespect (Married With Children) or a liar, lecher and degenerate (American Beauty). These jaundiced portrayals are crafted by Jewish writers whose views are inimical to our heritage and hostile to our mores and traditional values.
5. They have infiltrated patriotic white nationalist movements, directing their focus away from our real enemy, the Eternal Jew, onto blacks, Mexicans and Muslims. Jewish partisans have even created faux neo-Nazi organizations all for the sole purpose of manufacturing a contrived climate of “hatred†and “intolerance.†For example, Frank Collins, a neo-Nazi who marched through a Jewish community in Skokie, Illinois, was revealed to be Frank Cohen, a crypto-Jew utilized by the Jewish-run American Civil Liberties Union. False flags are the way of Jews and Zionism and arm band-wearing walking stereotypes of National Socialists such as Bill White and others of his ilk who are showered with media attention should be treated with the greatest of suspicion, for many of them are infiltrators bought and paid for by the enemy.

There is a new trend in home sales called “house swapping”. Homeowners can get it all started online.
Wilma and Allen Sawtelle could not sell their house to local buyers in Pahrump.
Amy and Roy Farr were coming up empty in Cartersville, Georgia.
Amy Farr had a new job in Pahrump, the Sawtelles wanted to move to Georgia, so they traded properties.
It is easy to find the house swapping sites, just Google “house swap” and you will find them.
Be careful if you try this though, because you never know who you are dealing with on the internet.
Experts say you should also get a realtor involved because there are a lot of ways to lose your house and/or a lot of money if you do not know exactly what you are doing.

Man Forces Disabled Woman To Have Sex With Strangers
A Pueblo man is being ordered to spend 10 years behind bars for forcing a developmentally disabled woman into having sex for money. Thirty-one-year-old Dale Linsley Fuentes had already pleaded guilty in January. Prosecutors said Fuentes beat the woman in question and held her captive, then forced her to have sex with strangers on at least 10 occasions. The men would pay Fuentes who would then use the money for drugs.

The easiest way to carry out a false flag attack is by setting up a military exercise that simulates the very attack you want to carry out. As I’ll detail below, this is exactly how government perpetrators in the US and UK handled the 9/11 and 7/7 “terror” attacks, which were in reality government attacks blamed on “terrorists.”
Although ill health keeps me from working as hard in the area of false flag analysis as I used to, the urging of independent editors and brother intelligence officers has prompted me to write this essay. I’ll keep it short for readers with limited time, but I will include invaluable links for those who want to delve deeper and understand better.
My aim, as a former military intelligence officer who spent five years with the U.S. Army 75th Division conducting military war games, is to convince the American people that the “next 9/11″ — constantly promised by officials and the media — is likely to be carried out under the guise of future military exercises. If the American people are aware of pending exercises and the danger they represent, then the exercises cannot “go live” and effect the very terror events that they are supposed to be rehearsing against.
Military Exercises
The 9/11, 2001 attacks in the United States and the 7/7, 2005 attacks in the United Kingdom both have smoking guns proving that the mass murderers were not foreign terrorists but domestic tyrants. Each country’s government was conducting military exercises that simulated the exact events that were to occur.
The US 9/11 Commission stumbled across strong evidence of treason by Dick Cheney when it interviewed Secretary of Transportation Norman Mineta, who was present in Cheney’s famous command bunker as Flight 77 sped toward Washington, DC. Cheney was at the center of national military exercises simulating terrorist hijackings of US aircraft — at the very time that those hijackings were occurring in real life. On May 23, 2003, Secretary Mineta testified:
“During the time that the airplane was coming in to the Pentagon, there was a young man who would come in and say to the Vice President, “The plane is 50 miles out.” “The plane is 30 miles out.” And when it got down to “the plane is 10 miles out,” the young man also said to the Vice President, “Do the orders still stand?” And the Vice President turned and whipped his neck around and said, “Of course the orders still stand. Have you heard anything to the contrary?”

It goes without saying that serious media inquiry would quickly ferret out the facts demonstrating high treason in the cases of 9/11 and 7/7. The owner of all three buildings was Larry Silverstein, who had recently doubled the insurance value of the Twin Towers. Amazingly, “Lucky Larry,” later stated in a PBS interview that he and the New York Fire Department agreed to a controlled demolition of WTC 7. Since skyscrapers are not wired for demolition — unless someone intends to demolish them — Silverstein’s statement is an admission that 9/11 was an inside job:

“The Noble Lie”
I believe that on the strength of the five YouTube links above an objective investigation would have more than enough evidence to warrant impeachment of Bush and Cheney on a charge of high treason, and to summon a grand jury that would indict many others on charges of high treason against Larry Silverstein and other apparent 9/11 collaborators. I believe that the American people, if presented with a single news story containing the five YouTube links above, would demand that the case of high treason be carried to its logical conclusion.
Congress, though, won’t impeach the president. The mainstream media, for which I used to write, will not investigate and report the story. The military that was used as a tool to mass murder American citizens will not take action against traitors in uniform who knew exactly what they were doing on 9/11, or the many more uniformed dupes who thought they were conducting military exercises until the events of 9/11 occurred. To this day there have been no adverse actions — which would require investigation and evaluation — against any military person involved in what even official apologists call the greatest defense failure in American history. All of this shows that the fix is in, and that we are in a fix.
The high officials, media executives and military officers who are bound by law and ethics to serve the American people have become a textbook example of a grand conspiracy. To look at it from their point of view, they are historic actors who are beyond good and evil, who must stimulate the American people to a necessary geostrategic adventure by any means necessary. To them, the official account of the 9/11 “terror” attacks is what Plato once described as the “noble lie,” a necessary falsehood told to a childlike public in order to direct it maturely. The simple fact is that 9/11 has justified an attempt to seize and control the ultimate geostrategic resource: oil. He who controls Middle East oil controls the world.

George Bush winks at indiscriminate killings, further tarring the reputation of the U.S. military.
By forcing repeat combat assignments to Iraq and Afghanistan — and by winking at torture and indiscriminate killings — George W. Bush is degrading the reputation of the U.S. military, turning enlisted soldiers and intelligence officers into murderers and sadists.
For instance, on Feb. 10 at Camp Liberty in Iraq, Army Ranger Sgt. Evan Vela was sentenced by a U.S. military court to 10 years in prison for executing an unarmed Iraqi detainee who — along with his son — had stumbled into a U.S. sniper position last year.
After letting the 17-year-old son go, Vela’s squad leader, Staff Sgt. Michael Hensley ordered Vela to use a 9-millimeter pistol to shoot the father, Genei Nesir Khudair al-Janabi, in the head, an order that Vela carried out. “It was murder, plain and simple,” military prosecutor, Major Charles Kuhfahl, told the court.
Janabi’s son, Mustafa, was allowed to make a statement, explaining how his father’s death had devastated the family and how one of his four younger brothers now avoids their home because he can’t stand the sight of his father’s empty room.
“Please don’t forget about us,” Mustafa told the court.
But Vela’s guilty verdict was a rare case of holding a U.S. soldier accountable in the killing or abusing of an Iraqi. Among the infrequent cases that have been brought, most end in acquittals or convictions only on minor charges.
Last November, for example, another military jury acquitted Hensley in the same murder of Janabi as well as in the killing of two other Iraqi men south of Baghdad in the early days of Bush’s troop “surge.” That jury ruled that Hensley was following the approved “rules of engagement,” though it did convict him of planting an AK-47 on one victim.
Some of Vela’s military comrades complained that it was unfair to single any of them out for punishment because these killings are so common in Iraq.
Vela’s former platoon commander, Sgt. First Class Steven Kipling, said that if all U.S. combat soldiers in Iraq were subjected to the same scrutiny applied to Vela, “we would have thousands” of cases. [NYT, Feb. 11, 2008]
Indeed, the evidence does suggest that the handful of homicide cases from Iraq and Afghanistan that reach military trial represent only a small fraction of the unprovoked killings of locals at the hands of U.S. soldiers.

Arrest made in brutal Ruidoso slaying
Extradition is under way for a 36-year-old Texas man (”Texas” man?) following his indictment in a local murder case.
An Otero County grand jury returned the indictment Tuesday against Guillermo Ruiz, of El Paso, Texas, for first degree murder, attempted criminal sexual penetration and other charges.
Ruiz is accused of stabbing Anabel Calzaba Alvarado, 20, of Ruidoso, in a secluded area behind the Casino Apache Travel Center on U.S. Highway 70 just outside Ruidoso, on Dec. 18.
According to a police affidavit filed in New Mexico, Ruiz then placed the young woman’s body on the floor of the back seat of his car the same back seat where the woman’s 2-year-old son was sitting.
Ruiz told El Paso police that he drove to El Paso, changed at his house and headed to Juarez where he burned the woman’s body and abandoned her child in the streets of downtown Juarez. Ruiz told police the child was asleep throughout the ordeal, according to the affidavit.
“There was no violence on the child but he was put in an abusive situation, perhaps witnessing the murder of his mother and being driven by a perfect stranger to be left in Juarez,” said 12th Judicial District Attorney Scot Key.
When describing what made him push Alvarado out of the parked car and stab her in the heart, Ruiz allegedly told police he “had darkness inside me,” according to the affidavit.
Otero County Sheriff John Blansett recalled the case.
“It happened on Native American land,” he said. “But because there were a couple of non-native whites involved, it was turned over to the New Mexico State Police.” (Spiggers are considered as “White” by the federal and state governments in crime reporting. Of course this inflates and distorts White crime figures but hey, who cares? It makes niggers look less criminal than what they actually are).
An arrest warrant has been issued by District Judge Jerry Ritter, setting Ruiz’s bond at $1 million.
“The defendant is currently incarcerated in the El Paso County Detention Center awaiting extradition back to New Mexico,” said Deputy District Attorney David Ceballes.
In addition to the murder and criminal sexual penetration charges, Ruiz also faces four counts of felony tampering with evidence; felony abuse of a child with no death or great bodily harm, first offense; and felony false imprisonment.
If convicted, Ruiz could be sentenced to death or life imprisonment on the murder charge, and he faces more than 25 years in prison if convicted on the other felonies.

Multiculturalism is Yiddish for ‘Divide and Rule’
Most people would agree that a family father who spends his money on other women instead of his wife and children, is a bad husband and father. What’s the difference with a politician who doesn’t first take care of the most basic needs of his own people, like jobs, health, education, affordable food, clothing and housing?
Why is it okay to worry about the preservation of the cultural heritage of native tribes in the Amazon or Australia’s outback, but not of Whites in Europe, the U.S. or the U.K.? At the current rate, they will become a minority in their own country within a generation or two. The only reason why the Jewish controlled media and politicians are so aggressively promoting multiculturalism is to make it easier for Jews to divide and rule.

Russian state-controlled Channel One TV has broadcast a report containing allegations that US forces are involved in drug-trafficking from Afghanistan to Europe. It also highlighted the problem of drug abuse in the British army.
The channel’s weekly news roundup “Voskresnoye Vremya” on 10 February noted that, according to the UN, the amount of opium being produced in Afghanistan has more than doubled since the coalition troops entered the country.
The report went on to show former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair visiting the country at an unspecified time. It said that he had met almost 800 British troops during the visit. “This is either a coincidence or the working of cruel fate, but this is the exact number of soldiers that the British army loses each year because of drug abuse. This is more than the total combat losses of the royal army in Iraq and Afghanistan,” the correspondent noted.
The report then featured an extract from a BBC news website story saying that the British army loses a whole battalion of troops a year because of drug abuse (Research revealed that the story was published on 14 December 2007).
The report went on to look at the wider problem of how to reverse the trend of increasing opium production in Afghanistan.
Aleksandr Mikhaylov, the head of the department of interdepartmental and informational activity at the Russian Drugs Control Agency, was shown saying that economic measures to tackle the problem are foundering on local corruption. “The local authorities draw up seriously forged lists in which an amount is recorded for the amount destroyed and, in fact, the crop has not been destroyed at all. The theft of the money to combat narcotics is going on and is flourishing,” he said.
The accusation that US forces are involved in drug-trafficking came from Geydar Dzhemal, chairman of the Islamic Committee of Russia. “Without the control and connivance on the part of the special services none of these things are possible. For example in Afghanistan, the CIA and the special services are quite brazen. Under the protection of the American army they meet the necessary people. They collect the stuff, go to the Bagram airbase and they hand in a large consignment of narcotics, which is then taken away,” he said.
The report went on to say that heroin reached the Balkans via Turkey, which “has been a member of NATO since 1952 and is the USA’s closest ally in the region”. It said it is “another amazing coincidence” that Kosovo hosts the largest NATO base in Europe. The correspondent added that there is a “secret Interpol post” next to this base. “Here they speak almost openly about Afghan heroin in American planes,” he noted.

Woman charged with killing teen son
A Tempe woman is under arrest for murder. 45-year-old Cynthia Hernandez is accused of killing her own son.
Police were called to an apartment near the Superstition Freeway and Mill Avenue just after 8:00 a.m. Friday. The man who called 911 claimed he had awakened and found his son, 14-year-old Jeremy Barragon, was dead.
Officers determined the teen had been fatally shot, secured the scene and started a search for evidence and a suspect. Later in the day, the department issued an advisory that there were no outstanding suspects in the case and no one should feel, “their safety is in jeopardy.â€
14 hours after the initial call, a Tempe police spokesman announced the arrest of Hernandez. He said further details would be made available at a Saturday morning news conference.

Husband Charged in Cary Woman’s Slaying - Harish Purushottamdas Patel
Cary — Cary police Monday night charged Harish Purushottamdas Patel, 60, with murder in the death of his estranged wife, whose burned body was found in Virginia last month.
“As sad as this case is, we are pleased to have been able to bring it to such a swift and certain conclusion,†said Cary Police Chief Pat Bazemore. “It’s important for our citizens to know that this was not a random act of violence against someone in our community.â€
Police took Patel, of 1128 Woodway Bluff Circle, to the Wake County Public Safety Center for processing.
Vanlata Patel, 57, was last seen Jan. 16, her son, Ashesh Patel, told WRAL. She was reported missing Jan. 18 after she failed to board a plane the previous day to Toronto.
According to Mecklenburg County, Va., authorities, firefighters found Vanlata Patel’s body about 2:30 p.m. on Jan. 16 wrapped in a comforter at the center of a brush fire about 20 feet off an embankment along Interstate 85’s mile marker 19.
On Jan. 22, medical examiners conclusively identified the charred remains as being Patel.
The Patels had been married since 1996 and had adult children from previous marriages. She filed for divorce in November.
Court records show Vanlata Patel had a dispute with her estranged husband over how their financial assets should be divided.
In her divorce complaint, Vanlata Patel requested a majority of more than $400,000 in Swiss bank accounts that she shared with Harish Patel, including $100,000 she claimed was a gift from her parents that she was keeping in the account for her son from a previous marriage.
Bazemore said she had talked with the victim’s son and that he said he was relieved over the arrest, even if it was his stepfather that was charged.
Patel was being held without bond Monday night. His is scheduled to be in court Tuesday morning.

Straight talking American icon Willie Nelson today told a national radio show that he thought the twin towers were imploded like condemned Las Vegas casino buildings, as the country music superstar voiced his doubts about the official 9/11 story.
Agreeing with host Alex Jones that he questioned the official story, Nelson elaborated, “I saw those towers fall and I’ve seen an implosion in Las Vegas - there’s too much similarities between the two, and I saw a building fall that didn’t get hit by nothing,” added Nelson, referring to WTC Building 7 which collapsed in the late afternoon of September 11.
“How naive are we - what do they think we’ll go for?,” asked Nelson, pointing out that his doubts began on the very day of 9/11.
“I saw one fall and it was just so symmetrical, I said wait a minute I just saw that last week at the casino in Las Vegas and you see these implosions all the time and the next one fell and I said hell there’s another one - and they’re trying to tell me that an airplane did it and I can’t go along with that,” said Nelson.
The former Highwayman, fresh from his appearance at this past weekend’s superbowl, questioned why Afghanistan became an immediate target in the aftermath of 9/11 when the official story posited that mostly Saudi Arabians were responsible for the attack.
“When I get hit I like to look around and see who did it before I start swinging at everybody in the room and that’s kind of what we were doing,” said Nelson, “We get hit over here and then next thing you know we’re jumping on everybody in the town - so (if) we got hit from Saudi Arabia, I think we’ve got some questions that need to be answered from those folks,” said Nelson.
In light of his viewpoint, Nelson said that recent revelations concerning the impartiality of the 9/11 Commission and its close links with the White House did not surprise him.
“What does it take for us to realize we’re having the wool pulled over our eyes one more time?” he concluded.
Nelson is not the first high-profile public figure to question 9/11. In March 2006, actor Charlie Sheen voiced his doubts and was followed last year by his father Martin Sheen.
Aside from celebrities - professors, scientists and other experts the world over have questioned the inconsistencies in the official story, and the topic was most recently even a subject of serious debate in the Japanese Parliament.
Nelson’s country music contemporaries The Dixie Chicks were savaged by the establishment when they criticized the Bush administration shortly before the invasion of Iraq. It remains to be seen whether the corporate media will dare take on Nelson for his views or whether they will just try to ignore the story as happened with Martin Sheen.

Arrest made in 1997 rape-murder of U. of Colo. student
More than 10 years after a University of Colorado senior was raped and beaten to death, police think they’ve cracked the once-cold case.
Police armed with DNA evidence on Sunday announced the arrest of a suspect in the murder of Susannah Chase, who was found bleeding in an alley in December 1997.
Detective Chuck Heidel, who had worked the case from the start, broke the news to Chase’s mother Friday. “She is extremely happy, she and her family,” Heidel said.
The suspect, Diego Olmos-Alcalde, 38, was being held on $5 million bail on charges of first-degree murder, second-degree kidnapping and first-degree sex assault.
“The department is ecstatic over this,” Police Chief Mark Beckner said.
Police learned Thursday that DNA from the case matched a profile entered by authorities in Wyoming, where Olmos-Alcalde had served time for a kidnapping in 2000, Beckner said. He allegedly broke his parole in October.
An arrest warrant was issued after he failed to report to a Wyoming parole officer, Beckner said. Working on information that the suspect had family in the Denver area, police arrested him Saturday at his mother’s home in Aurora on the parole violation. While in jail, he was arrested for the Chase murder.
“As you might imagine our emotions have run the gamut since we first heard of the DNA match with Susannah’s case,” parents Hal and Julie Chase said in a written statement. “We are delighted that a suspect has been identified and apprehended.”
Susannah Chase, a 23-year-old from Stamford, Conn., was walking home alone early Dec. 21, 1997, after an argument with her boyfriend when someone beat her with a baseball bat and left her for dead in an alley a block from her home. She later died from her injuries.
Police have said they believe the attack was random. In recent years, as forensic science was enhanced, detectives focused on DNA found in seminal fluid in Chase’s body.
Melinda Brazzale, of the Wyoming Department of Corrections, said she did not know when Olmos-Alcalde’s DNA was taken. He had been sentenced on charges involving kidnapping and terrorizing, and was allowed to serve at least part of the sentence in Colorado, she said.
Olmos-Alcalde had not previously come up as a possible suspect, Beckner said. He said the DNA was a key piece of evidence leading to the arrest but that investigators used other information, which he declined to disclose.
Boulder County Jail officials did not make Olmos-Alcalde available for comment by telephone. A jail official did not know whether he had an attorney, and the prosecutor’s office was closed Sunday.
Police planned to file their arrest warrant affidavit Monday.
Heidel said Chase’s parents have been supportive throughout. “Because the investigation went down a lot of blind alleys, leading to a lot of dead ends, they went down those with us,” said Heidel.
Ron Stump, university vice chancellor for student affairs, said he hoped the arrest would lead to closure in the death of Chase.
“As promised at her memorial, we will continue at CU-Boulder to build, in her memory, a community that strives to eliminate violence in all its forms, but particularly violence against women,” he said.

A FORMER head of Pakistan’s military intelligence says Australia’s troop deployment in Afghanistan is doomed to failure and has urged the Government to withdraw its forces as quickly as possible.
Hamid Gul, the retired general who was the director-general of Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence Directorate when it supported Afghan militias against the Soviet occupation of their country, believes Western troops will be forced to leave Afghanistan by the end of next year.
“There comes a time in every war when the scales start tilting,” Mr Gul said. “I think the foreign presence in Afghanistan is at a tipping point now. Even if they are able to stretch it out, next year will be the last campaign year of the occupying forces. Then they will go - they will have to go.”
Mr Gul said it was not “wise” for Australia to maintain its troop commitment. “Of course it’s very difficult to say no to America, but [Australia should] find a way out like Japan … and many others.”
More than six years after the US-led invasion, the issue of security came to a head this week when the Canadian Prime Minister, Stephen Harper, threatened to pull out Canada’s 2500 troops early next year unless NATO sent in more soldiers.
The US said it would press its European NATO allies to send more troops to Afghanistan’s violent south, but the Pentagon has said it will not commit any more of its own forces there.
The Taliban were toppled by the invasion in late 2001 but have recently made an explosive comeback, despite the presence of 50,000 foreign troops under the command of NATO and the US military, backed by 120,000 Afghan security forces.
Australia has about 1000 troops stationed mainly in the south, making it the largest non-NATO contributor. The Prime Minister, Kevin Rudd, has pledged to keep Australian troops in Afghanistan.
But Mr Gul says Western forces face a determined opposition that will not give up.”As a soldier I can tell you there is no army, no matter how strong, that can prevail against a nation that decides to fight. You will never, never prevail,” he said.
Since retirement Mr Gul has been involved with Jamaat-i-Islami, a relatively moderate Islamic political party in Pakistan, and was among a group of retired army officers who last week called on the President, Pervez Musharraf, to stand down.
Mr Gul concedes that a withdrawal from Afghanistan by the US and its allies would probably hand control of much of the country to the Taliban. But he said the security situation in his own country would improve significantly if US forces were to depart Pakistan.
The Afghan Defence Minister, Abdul Rahim Wardak, has said Kabul expects its allies to help expand Afghanistan’s security forces. “The only sustainable way to secure this country in an enduring way is to enable the Afghans themselves to be able to defend this country,” he said.

Clarksville police arrested another person in connection with a bank robbery Tuesday on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard.
Police said Alajandro Briones drove the vehicle used in the robbery.
Two men tried to leave the F&M bank with cash and a hostage.
The dye pack exploded, the bank teller got away and a bank customer tried to block Roberto Gomez Vazquez with her truck.
Vazquez shot at her before carjacking another woman, according to police.
Police quickly surrounded the vehicle and shot and killed him.
Police said the bank robbery suspect arrested Tuesday is now believed to be Hilberto Lerma. He was previously identified as Jose Garcia.

Soros predicts worst recession for 50 years
Amid collapsing stock prices worldwide, the billionaire investor George Soros has told an Austrian daily, the Standard, that the United States is threatened with recession and the world is facing the worst financial crisis in half a century. “The situation is much more serious than any other financial crisis since the end of World War II,” Soros was quoted as saying.
He said over the past few years politics had been guided by some basic misunderstandings stemming from something that he called “market fundamentalism” - the belief that financial markets tended to act as a balance. “This is the wrong idea,” he said. “We really do have a serious financial crisis now.”
He added he was surprised how little it was understood that a US recession was also a threat to Europe. European shares duly fell nearly six per cent on Monday, their biggest one-day slide since 9/11.
Meanwhile in Mumbai, some market analysts are suggesting Soros shorted the Indian markets last week. Over 15 years after he shorted the British pound in September 1992 and earned one billion dollars, local market sources say one of Soros’s funds may have shorted the Nifty last week.

Market Turmoil Continues
Financial markets remained uncertain Wednesday after the U.S. Federal Reserve made its biggest rate cut in 25 years.
The move was meant to bolster jittery markets with many investors fearing the onset of recession.
However, the cut hasn’t entirely restored confidence. Billionaire investor George Soros told reporters that it was going to be difficult for the UK and US to avoid a recession, even after the Fed cut its main interest rate to 3.5% from 4.25%.
The world’s financial markets seemed to confirm Soros’s warning.
New York’s main Dow Jones index dropped 1.1%, with the technology-dominated Nasdaq sliding 2%.
The UK’s FTSE 100 index was 90.90 points, or 1.58%, lower at 5,649.20, erasing much of what is had recovered on Tuesday.
Meanwhile Germany’s Dax lost more than 4%, while France’s Cac 40 was down 2.7%.
Overall the FTSE 100 has lost about 14% of its value since the beginning of 2008, wiping £228bn off the total value of the companies listed on the index.
Germany Dax’s index has been one of the worst hit in Europe, down almost 20% this year.
Despite yesterday’s late rally on Asian and European stock markets, investors were still nervous.
“We consider the Fed’s rate cut still insufficient for the global financial markets to completely recover and help the Japanese stocks to fully reboundâ€, said Shinichi Ichikawa of Credit Suisse.
Moreover, many investors felt that the Fed’s sudden rate cut was a sign of panic with potentially bigger problems still to come.
“The Fed’s action provided a very positive surprise,” said Tsuyoshi Segawa, strategist at Shinko Securities in Tokyo. “But people are also starting to think that things may be so bad they needed to act.”
While many were still nervous, investors generally agreed that the European Central Bank would not follow the U.S. Federal Reserve’s rate cut, at least not immediately.
A poll taken among European investors after the U.S. Federal Reserve’s rate cut found most thought the European Central Bank will take several months before it follows the Federal Reserve’s lead.
The consensus was that the European Central Bank would cut its rate, but only in the second half of 2008.

Soros Sees End of Dollar-Backed Credit Expansion
Billionaire investor George Soros said the fallout from the U.S. subprime crisis will bring about the end of a 60-year dollar-based credit boom.
“The current crisis is not only the bust that follows the housing boom, it’s basically the end of a 60-year period of continuing credit expansion based on the dollar as the reserve currency,” Soros said in a debate today at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. “Now the rest of the world is increasingly unwilling to accumulate dollars.”
Rising defaults on U.S. subprime mortgages sparked a rout in the credit markets in August, leading banks to cut money for consumer lending, hurting the U.S. economy’s main engine. The Fed yesterday lowered its benchmark rate in an emergency move for the first time since 2001 after stock markets tumbled from Hong Kong to London amid signs the world’s largest economy is sliding into recession.
“The dollar is still the most important reserve currency and will remain so,” Soros said in a later interview at his Davos hotel. “This is the end of credit expansion based on the mistaken belief of market fundamentalism, that you should let markets have total freedom.”
`Gone Too Far’
Soros made $1 billion in 1992 betting against the pound, forcing the British government to abandon a peg to a basket of European currencies. He was also the biggest financial backer of the failed effort to deny President George W. Bush a second term in office. The euro has gained 55 percent against the dollar since Bush entered the White House on Jan. 21, 2001.
“From the 1980s we had the belief in the magic of the marketplace, and the authorities were so successful that they started to believe in this market fundamentalism,” he said. “That’s gone too far.” In times of crisis, “they suspended the rules and they bailed out the banks. That created an asymmetric incentive system, a moral hazard, that allowed the expansion of credit.”
Soros has used past appearances in Davos to predict the dollar’s decline. In January 2004, he said the U.S. currency would drop for a third year. It then fell 7 percent, according to a Federal Reserve trade-weighted index of the currency.
Stephen Roach, chairman of Morgan Stanley in Asia, said in Davos that while he remains a “dollar bear,” the U.S. currency’s slide may be reversed in the first half of this year as other economies in Asia and Europe are hurt by the U.S. slowdown.

On June 4, 1963, a virtually unknown Presidential decree, Executive Order 11110, was signed with the authority to basically strip the Federal Reserve Bank of its power to loan money to the United States Federal Government at interest. With the stroke of a pen, President Kennedy declared that the privately owned Federal Reserve Bank would soon be out of business. The Christian Law Fellowship has exhaustively researched this matter through the Federal Register and Library of Congress. We can now safely conclude that this Executive Order has never been repealed, amended, or superceded by any subsequent Executive Order. In simple terms, it is still valid.
When President John Fitzgerald Kennedy - the author of Profiles in Courage -signed this Order, it returned to the federal government, specifically the Treasury Department, the Constitutional power to create and issue currency -money - without going through the privately owned Federal Reserve Bank. President Kennedy’s Executive Order 11110 [the full text is displayed further below] gave the Treasury Department the explicit authority: “to issue silver certificates against any silver bullion, silver, or standard silver dollars in the Treasury.” This means that for every ounce of silver in the U.S. Treasury’s vault, the government could introduce new money into circulation based on the silver bullion physically held there. As a result, more than $4 billion in United States Notes were brought into circulation in $2 and $5 denominations. $10 and $20 United States Notes were never circulated but were being printed by the Treasury Department when Kennedy was assassinated. It appears obvious that President Kennedy knew the Federal Reserve Notes being used as the purported legal currency were contrary to the Constitution of the United States of America.
“United States Notes” were issued as an interest-free and debt-free currency backed by silver reserves in the U.S. Treasury. We compared a “Federal Reserve Note” issued from the private central bank of the United States (the Federal Reserve Bank a/k/a Federal Reserve System), with a “United States Note” from the U.S. Treasury issued by President Kennedy’s Executive Order. They almost look alike, except one says “Federal Reserve Note” on the top while the other says “United States Note”. Also, the Federal Reserve Note has a green seal and serial number while the United States Note has a red seal and serial number.
President Kennedy was assassinated on November 22, 1963 and the United States Notes he had issued were immediately taken out of circulation. Federal Reserve Notes continued to serve as the legal currency of the nation. According to the United States Secret Service, 99% of all U.S. paper “currency” circulating in 1999 are Federal Reserve Notes.
Kennedy knew that if the silver-backed United States Notes were widely circulated, they would have eliminated the demand for Federal Reserve Notes. This is a very simple matter of economics. The USN was backed by silver and the FRN was not backed by anything of intrinsic value. Executive Order 11110 should have prevented the national debt from reaching its current level (virtually all of the nearly $9 trillion in federal debt has been created since 1963) if LBJ or any subsequent President were to enforce it. It would have almost immediately given the U.S. Government the ability to repay its debt without going to the private Federal Reserve Banks and being charged interest to create new “money”. Executive Order 11110 gave the U.S.A. the ability to, once again, create its own money backed by silver and realm value worth something.

The first chapter, “The Planes of 9-11,” explains that the Israeli military has a history of owning and operating private aircraft leasing and maintenance companies in the United States.
These privately-held aviation companies, created by the Israeli military and linked to its state-owned aviation industry, clearly had the capability and advanced avionics required to convert Boeing aircraft into remote-controlled guided missiles like those that apparently struck the World Trade Center (WTC) on 9-11.
Because the Israeli military had the capability to carry out the attacks, the evidence of Israeli prior knowledge raises a fundamental question that must be asked: Would the Israeli military conduct such an outrageous act of terror?
Millions of Americans have blindly accepted, without any proof, the government and controlled media’s tale that 19 Arabs, who lacked basic piloting skills, were responsible for the coordinated precision aerial attacks and subsequent carnage and destruction of 9-11.
On the other hand, the same government and media have shown absolutely no interest in probing the evidence or looking into the many unanswered questions surrounding the attacks.
There can only be one logical explanation for the persistent avoidance of the evidence by the institutions that should be leading the investigation. It is obviously because the evidence does not fit or contradicts the fictitious tale they have presented to the public.
The number of people who realize that the government and media have lied about 9-11 is large and growing. The pack of lies surrounding the attacks has been thoroughly exposed and can no longer be defended.
Unable to defend their fictional tale against the evidence presented by honest scientists and writers, the defenders of the lie use disinformation, defamation, and slander to try and contain the truth from spreading like wildfire.

January 14, 2008 – Twenty-five former U.S. military officers have severely criticized the official account of 9/11 and called for a new investigation. They include former commander of U.S. Army Intelligence, Major General Albert Stubblebine, former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense, Col. Ronald D. Ray, two former staff members of the Director of the National Security Agency; Lt. Col. Karen Kwiatkowski, PhD, and Major John M. Newman, PhD, and many others. They are among the rapidly growing number of military and intelligence service veterans, scientists, engineers, and architects challenging the government’s story. “A lot of these pieces of information, taken together, prove that the official story, the official conspiracy theory of 9/11 is a bunch of hogwash. It’s impossible,†said Lt. Col. Robert Bowman, PhD, U.S. Air Force (ret). [1] With doctoral degrees in Aeronautics and Nuclear Engineering, Col. Bowman served as Director of Advanced Space Programs Development under Presidents Gerald Ford and Jimmy Carter.
“There’s a second group of facts having to do with the cover up,†continued Col. Bowman. “Taken together these things prove that high levels of our government don’t want us to know what happened and who’s responsible. Who gained from 9/11? Who covered up crucial information about 9/11? And who put out the patently false stories about 9/11 in the first place? When you take those three things together, I think the case is pretty clear that it’s highly placed individuals in the administration with all roads passing through Dick Cheney.â€
Regarding the failure of NORAD to intercept the four hijacked planes on 9/11, Col. Bowman said, “I’m an old interceptor pilot. I know the drill. I’ve done it. I know how long it takes. I know the rules. … Critics of the government story on 9/11 have said: ‘Well, they knew about this, and they did nothing’. That’s not true. If our government had done nothing that day and let normal procedure be followed, those planes, wherever they were, would have been intercepted, the Twin Towers would still be standing and thousands of dead Americans would still be alive.†[2]

Teen nails burglar with bat inside Mesa home
A 14-year-old boy came face to face with a burglar ransacking his Mesa home on Tuesday and used a baseball bat to level the playing field.
Michael Six hid in his bedroom closet and called 911 after seeing a man using a screwdriver to break into a sliding-glass door.
The Kino Junior High ninth-grader talked in a low voice as he described the burglar’s whereabouts.
Then, Michael, clutching an aluminum baseball bat, heard his locked bedroom door rattle as the man used the screwdriver to bust in.
“You need to get out of the window,” the 911 operator told Michael.
“I can’t,” he answered with a hint of anxiety in his voice.
“I didn’t know what to do,” Michael said Wednesday. “I didn’t think I could pop (the window) open. My adrenaline was running. I was scared.”
The man was still clutching the screwdriver as he rummaged through the boy’s backpack. Then, Michael, a 5-foot-10-inch, 150-pound former baseball player, stepped out and swung.
The burglar cursed as Michael nailed him on the lower back and on the left shoulder.
“Sorry, man!” Michael yelled amid the chaos. Michael said the man, described as “big,” then “turned around and took (the bat) from me.”
The burglar ran out the back as Michael, uninjured, busted through a window and met police.
Police arrested Thomas Gonzales Garza, 30, of Chandler.

Police: Dad threw four children off Ala. bridge
BAYOU LA BATRE, Ala. — Lam Luong initially told police that his girlfriend had his four young children and failed to return them, but his family suspected something more sinister: that he traded the kids for a drug fix.
The truth appears to be even worse. Police say Luong broke down under questioning and confessed to tossing the children — ages 4 months, 1, 2 and 3 — off the highest point of the Dauphin Island bridge near the Gulf of Mexico.
Mobile County Sheriff’s Flotilla Capt. Paul Stewart on Wednesday searches the waters north of the Dauphin Island bridge.
He had been fighting with his wife, Ngoc Phan, in part about the girlfriend, said Kam Phengsisomboun, Phan’s brother-in-law.
Phengsisomboun said a police witness reported seeing at least part of the horror: someone throwing a bundle from the bridge Monday as three children sat in a nearby car. Other details about the witness account were not immediately available from authorities.
The bridge is 80 feet tall at the highest part of the span, the water up to 55 feet deep, and rescuers searched Wednesday without hope of finding the children alive. Divers aided by cadaver dogs in boats searched near the bridge, while others in boats and helicopters covered an area totaling 100 square miles in case the current swept the bodies into the gulf.
The search was called off late Wednesday afternoon when dense fog rolled in, completely obscuring the bridge.
Missing and presumed dead were 4-month-old Danny Luong; 1-year-old Lindsey Luong; 2-year-old Hannah Luong; and 3-year-old Ryan Phan. Phan is not the man’s biological child, but Luong raised him from infancy, authorities said.
Some family members and friends held out hope that the children survived.
“I just pray for the kids, that they are still alive,” said Van Lam, a family friend who was at an Oriental market along with the children’s maternal grandmother Wednesday afternoon.
Luong, 37, is charged with four counts of capital murder.
He came to Alabama from Vietnam in 1984 and worked as a shrimper, Phengsisomboun said. The couple lived with Ngoc Phan’s mother at Bayou La Batre, a fishing village 20 miles southwest of Mobile with a large Southeast Asian community.
Phengsisomboun said the couple had recently moved back to the area from Hinesville, Ga.
Luong had argued with his wife Sunday night and again Monday before taking the children, Phengsisomboun said. Luong’s girlfriend, who is from New York but had been living in a Gulfport, Miss., hotel, was a factor in the dispute, he said.
Luong left the home with two of the children, then later came back for the other two, he said.
Investigators and family members said Luong reported the children missing Monday, claiming he had given the kids to his girlfriend and that she failed to return them. Authorities said he changed his story Tuesday night after they found holes in his account.
Phengsisomboun said he initially feared Luong had traded the children to buy drugs. Luong had a crack habit and had rapidly spent money from an insurance settlement after an automobile accident, he said.
Luong was arrested last Oct. 19 in Hinesville on a charge accusing him of possessing crack cocaine; a grand jury has not acted on the case. According to a police report, he called police looking to turn himself in.
Luong was scheduled to appear in court Thursday on the murder charges. District Attorney John Tyson said he did not believe Luong had a lawyer.
His 23-year-old wife was in seclusion Wednesday at her mother’s brick home, the front porch cluttered with children’s shoes.

RALEIGH — At approximately 10:30 a.m. Sunday, Raleigh Police Department officers responded to a report of a deceased person in the 4200-block of Bland Road.
When they arrived they found the body of Felipe Montavo-Montavo in an outside area.
The circumstances surrounding the death remain under investigation, but eyewitness tell police several people drinking led to the man’s death.
Four men: Hector Rodriguez, Arturo Gonzalez, Juan Moyeda-Aleman and Miguel Mayo have all been arrested and charged with Montavo-Montavo’s murder.
Moyeda-Alman and Rodriguez are both 16.
Police have not released a movtive in his murder.

They don’t have to, since several major phone companies voluntarily pour reams of information on any or all subscribers into the governmental national spy system. To AT&T and SBC, we can add AOL, Google and, most specifically, Internet II to the snitch system. Many of the so-called ‘interactive’ internet sites are fronts for the gathering of information and according to an interesting memo I read a week ago, in California in specific, the Bank of America has a direct liaison with the DHS and supplies them, unasked, for information on customer’s safe deposit holdings and account balances. In California (and perhaps in other states) the DHS can, and does, get into the safe deposit boxes of any customer. There are certain, specific subjects on Google or other information web sites such as Wikipedia, that trigger instant notification to specific governmental agencies. For example, if someone looks up the subject of a change of government in the Ukraine , a major and very secret CIA project, the CIA is notified at once. Someone curious about border security has their name and personal information to include computer IP addresses, on growing lists of “suspect terrorist friendly personages†(as the report reads) or anyone looking up Fidel Castro gets filed as a ‘Communist Cuban sympathizer’ even if, in reality, they are a 15 year old Cuban-American doing a term paper for civics class! Isn’t fascism a wonderful thing, kids?â€

Slain Girls’ Mother Asks Father To Turn Himself In
Family and friends remembered two slain teenage girls at funeral services on Saturday.
Police continue to search for the girls’ father, Yasser Said, who allegedly killed his daughters Amina and Sarah Said on New Year’s Day.
The girls’ mother, Patricia Said, issued a plea for their father to turn himself in.
“All I’m asking is turn yourself in,” she said. “We will not quit until we find you. If it’s the last thing I do, I promise, I will find you.”
The girls’ mother and brother, Islam, are in hiding, but both attended the service at Rahma Funeral Home.
“He messed up the family,” Islam Said said. “Everybody’s shocked.”
Many people wore pink ribbons and held pink flowers in memory of Amina and Sarah Said. Mourners said the outgoing sisters were inseparable.
Police found 17-year-old Sarah and 18-year-old Amina shot to death in their father’s taxicab Tuesday night.
The victims’ boyfriends said they believe the girls were killed for dating American men.
NBC 5 reported that Patricia Said had left her husband and took the girls because he refused to let his daughters date American boys. When the girls returned home last week, Yaser Said was enraged, friends said.
Police said they are still looking for Said, but have no leads on his whereabouts.
Schepps Dairy is offering a $10,000 reward for his arrest and indictment.
As girls laid to rest, family pleas for father’s capture
The girls were buried at Muslim Cemetery, a tiny burial ground in the Denton County town of Krum. Their caskets were lowered into the ground, and when mourners began to throw dirt on them, Patricia Said abruptly got up and walked away.

If we are to survive this jewish orchestrated non-white onslaught, we must mix our genes with that only of our own race. I know this goes against what the jew teaches, IE; diversity & multiculturalism is our strength, but the truth of the matter is, diversity and multiculturalism is a weakness and a force that will one day equate to our demise.
Below: The two murdered girls, no one likes to see these tragedies, but when you marry and breed outside your race, the probability of incidences like this occurring increases.
The sand nigger father, born in a different land, into a different culture and of a different race (sub-race). Entered into a foreign land, married one of it’s trampier citizens, bred with that tramp and killed the offspring that resulted from that ill-advised union. Did he do good or did he do bad?
