Buck tries to rob informant in undercover drug sting and gets stung

Wednesday, March 12th, 2008

A Cuyahoga County sheriff’s deputy shot and killed a 22-year-old suspect early Tuesday morning.

Officials said the Major Investigations Unit, a joint task force between Cleveland police and the sheriff’s department, were involved in an undercover drug buy on St. Clair Avenue in Cleveland at about 12:45 a.m.

Police said they had an informant there to meet with Lawrence White in a deal to buy $3,000 worth of Ecstasy. While the informant and the suspect were talking, White decided to rob the informant of the money, officials said.

That’s when officers tried to intervene. The suspect took off down St. Clair Avenue to Whitcomb, where they said the man fell over a snow mound and opened fire on officers. The deputy returned fire, hitting the suspect, they said.

He was taken to a Huron Road Hospital, where he later died.

White was on active parole from an aggravated robbery conviction in 2004. He had a long history of incarceration as an adult and juvenile.

Police said the incident was caught on an audio tape.

Father and stepson spic held on high bond after drug arrest - “we need those non-white 3rd world immigrants - they do the jobs most Americans won’t do”

Sunday, March 9th, 2008

The house on Cambria Drive in the Innerarity Point community looks like any other cottage in this quiet, beach community…unassuming and quiet. But sheriff’s investigators in Escambia County, Florida, say the house was a supply and distribution center for a major drug operation.

“We’ve been looking at this house for four months,” says Glenn Austin, spokesman for the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office. “Our narcotics agents and agents with the D.E.A. worked on this case.”

Ruben Flores and his step-son, Ivan Valdespino were arrested on dozens of drug trafficking charges. Agents found large amounts of crack cocaine, powder cocaine, meth and mushrooms inside the house. Detectives also seized cash, weapons and cars during the arrest.

“Because of this arrest, the drug flow in this part of the county will dry up or be reduced significantly,” says Austin.

Flores and Valdespino are in police custody tonight. Flores’ bond has been set 620-thousand dollars. Bond for Valdespino has been set at 875-thousand dollars. Even if Flores makes bond, he might not be released from jail. Agents in Texas have posted a warrant for Flores’ arrest on another case.

Friends blame drugs for brutal stabbing deaths

Waving around a bottle of pricey pills in a neighborhood where drugs rule may have been what got a South Halifax Avenue woman killed, her friends said Thursday.

The friends said Donna Sinclair, 51, and a man described only as “Junior” by neighbors, were stabbed multiple times Wednesday night in a tiny apartment just two or three blocks from the heart of where thousands of motorcyclists will soon gather for Bike Week.

Police Chief Mike Chitwood called the killings “the most gruesome crime scene I have ever been on” and said the motive was likely robbery.

But judging from the way Sinclair lived — “one step above homelessness,” according to Chitwood — the bottle of methamphetamines she had Wednesday morning may have been what the killer was after, said Sinclair’s neighbor Olivia Young and a friend of the victim who asked not to be identified because she fears for her safety.

“The reason someone would have killed Donna was to get those pills,” said the friend. “She was high and kind of crazy that morning — the same day she was killed.”

Records show Sinclair — who the friend said is the mother of a grown son and daughter — had been arrested for possession of cocaine and marijuana in the past. She had also been nabbed for prostitution.

Police would not confirm the victims’ identification Thursday. However, Donna Sinclair’s name is written across a mailbox at 139 S. Halifax Ave. where the killings occurred.

“This was methodical and deliberate,” Chitwood said describing the killings. “When you look at this blood-soaked crime scene, you gotta ask yourself, ‘What did these people do to deserve this?’ “

Police have charged 26-year-old Doug Blaine Matthews with two counts of first-degree murder. Matthews has a criminal drug and theft record locally and in North Carolina, where he recently lived.

Chitwood said investigators are also looking for “another suspect.”

According to a police report, investigators were called to a building of three apartments in a shabby stretch of South Halifax Avenue just after 7:30 p.m. Wednesday. When officers arrived, they saw Sinclair’s male friend lying on the ground just outside Apartment 1, yelling for help.

The man had been stabbed at least 12 times in the back and chest, Chitwood said.

When officers walked inside the unit, they found Sinclair on her bed with a pillow over her face. She had been stabbed in the chest about a dozen times.

Investigators then canvassed the neighborhood and learned from an anonymous source that the suspect was probably at 125 S. Wild Olive Ave., Chitwood said. That apartment is about three blocks from where Sinclair and her friend were killed.

The South Wild Olive residence also is directly across from the city’s beachside police precinct.

Both police and residents have said those neighborhoods, in the shadows of the city’s signature tourist spots, are rife with drugs. Police arrest an average of 200 to 300 people on the beachside every week, records show. The crimes include drug offenses.

Wednesday night when investigators arrived at the South Wild Olive address, they had no doubt it was the right place to find the suspect.

“We saw a pair of bloody sneakers,” Chitwood said. “When we went into the house, we saw a man in his boxer shorts lying on top of some bloody clothes.”

Detectives were able to identify the man as Matthews because he had a traffic citation in the back pocket of his black jeans. The ticket had been issued by Daytona Beach police in October 2007, Chitwood said. The name on the ticket was Matthews’. Police also found a blood-soaked white T-shirt wrapped around the male victim’s wallet, the chief said.

Chitwood said there were “blood patches all over the shower curtain.”

The chief said at least five people — including Matthews — were staying at the South Olive residence, a tiny four-room unit that was cluttered and filthy. He called Matthews and his roommates “a conglomeration of lowlifes.”

Investigators said when Matthews was being questioned, he admitted he had gone to Sinclair’s home Wednesday night. He said that when he got there, however, he saw her male friend stabbing her. Matthews said he then attacked the man to help Sinclair, police said.

Thursday afternoon, Sinclair’s neighbor Young and the close friend stood on Young’s front porch looking around uneasily as they talked about Sinclair and Matthews.

The friend said she would not give her name “because I have to survive on these streets.”

She did, however, describe Matthews as a menacing individual who drove around in a black Monte Carlo, threatening to “break people’s legs.”

“Donna was a little loopy, but she had a good heart,” the friend said. “She would help anybody.”

Young agreed: “She was the kind of person that would let people sleep on her couch if they had nowhere to go.”

Chitwood said the attack on Sinclair was particularly heinous because of her petite frame. She was only 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighed under 100 pounds, according to arrest records. Matthews meanwhile, is over 6 feet tall.

“The woman never had a chance,” Chitwood said.

A 26-year-old was arrested overnight and is facing murder charges for a double homicide in Daytona Beach. Police are searching for a second suspect.

Chief Mike Chitwood called the scene of the stabbing deaths of a man and woman at an apartment last night “one of the most gruesome” he’s ever seen.

“It was methodical and it was deliberate,” the chief said of the killings at a press conference this morning.

The stabbings occurred at an apartment at 139 S. Halifax Avenue. Police said the woman, who was found inside, was likely pinned on the bed with her head covered by a pillow while she was stabbed in the chest repeatedly.

Police believe the man tried to stop that attack and then was stabbed in the front, the back and while he was trying to get away. He stumbled outside, calling for help and saying he was dying.

Police have arrested Doug Blaine Matthews, of Daytona Beach. Investigators said witnesses at the crime scene provided clues that led them to Matthews.

He was found at a home on Wild Olive Avenue, about a half-mile from the crime scene. Police said they found bloody sneakers — with a distinctive Air Jordan pattern that also was found at the crime scene — at the Wild Olive home and other blood evidience.

Chitwood said it appeared Matthews, who was found hiding under a pile of clothes, had been trying to wash blood off of him in the shower.

Police also recovered a wallet they believe belongs to the male victim in Matthews’ possession. There was no obvious murder weapon inside the apartment, but police recovered three knives in the surrounding area. They are testing them to see if any was used in the killing.

Police said the motive appears to be robbery at this point.

70 y/o hunglo doctor stoned on Viagra trades prescriptions for woo woo

Friday, February 22nd, 2008

A Jacksonville doctor was recently arrested and is facing drug charges after police said he traded prescription drugs for sex (like cialis or viagra) .

According to investigators, 70-year-old Dr. Benjamin Malalang admitted to them that he has been trading prescriptions for sexual favors.

Malalang, who specializes in acupuncture, is now accused of serious drug charges.

“This doctor was trading sex for Oxycontin prescriptions,” said Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Chief John Hartley.

Investigators said about a week ago they got a tip from a woman who said the doctor would invite her to his Arlington home or to his office for her to perform a sex act on him and afterward he would write and give her a prescription in her name for Oxycontin.

On Thursday, police said they set up a sting and sent the woman and an undercover officer to Malalang. They said both agreed to the sex for prescription deal.

The sting resulted in Malalang’s arrest.

According to a police report, “He admitted to have sex in exchange for Oxycontin prescriptions for the last six months to a year.”

Hartley said the doctor admitted that there are at least four or five other women that had the same agreement with him.

Police continue to search for other possible victims, saying the alleged sex-for-drug deals could end in death.

“We’d like to get the message out to the family members and friends that this is a killer. It’s not hard to get addicted and it’s not hard to overdose,” Hartley said.

Anyone with who believes they’ve been victimized or knows a victim of Malalang is asked to call JSO at 904-256-5990.

Escaped Prisoner Found Hiding In Car Trunk

A 23-year-old prisoner who escaped from a Fernandina Beach hospital early Friday morning was found about six hours later hiding in the truck of his girlfriend’s car.

John Davis was back in custody by 3 p.m. on charges of escape, assault and drug charges.

Deputies also arrested a 17-year-old girl on charges of lying to police. Officials said the Davis’ girlfriend will likely be charged with aiding and abetting an escape.

Davis was originally arrested Thursday night on drug charges, but fearing that he had swallowed some cocaine, deputies took him to Baptist Medical Center Nassau for observation.

When a corrections officer picked him up Friday morning to transfer him to jail, deputies said Davis assaulted the officer and ran out the rear door of the emergency room.

“(The officer) went back down to put the shackles, reapply the shackles. At that time, the prisoner assaulted the correctional officer and overtook him physically,” Nassau County Sheriff Tommy Seagraves said.

With the officer in pursuit, Davis jumped into a car in the parking lot and demanded that the driver get him out of there, but the driver refused, so Davis fled on foot into nearby woods.

Deputies said he broke into a unit at a nearby senior’s apartment complex. When the resident came home, Davis jumped out of the closet and ran outside. Investigators believe the 17-year-old picked him up there and took Davis to his girlfriend’s apartment in Nassauville.

Deputies had the girlfriend under surveillance and followed her as she left.

“We made a traffic stop. He was in the trunk of the vehicle,” Seagraves said.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office initially provided a helicopter and ground units to assist in the search, and the Camden County, Ga., Sheriff’s Office has provided K-9 teams to help.

Deputies said Davis had a history of arrests in Nassau County, but none of the charges involved violence, so they did not believe he was dangerous.

Southside Elementary School was placed on lockdown, and Emma Love Elementary was placed on partial lockdown Friday morning because of police activity nearby, but those lockdowns were lifted before noon.

“I’m glad he’s in custody. I’m glad nobody got hurt,” Seagraves said.

Russian state TV suggests USA involved in drug-trafficking from Afghanistan

Saturday, February 16th, 2008

Russian state-controlled Channel One TV has broadcast a report containing allegations that US forces are involved in drug-trafficking from Afghanistan to Europe. It also highlighted the problem of drug abuse in the British army.

The channel’s weekly news roundup “Voskresnoye Vremya” on 10 February noted that, according to the UN, the amount of opium being produced in Afghanistan has more than doubled since the coalition troops entered the country.

The report went on to show former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair visiting the country at an unspecified time. It said that he had met almost 800 British troops during the visit. “This is either a coincidence or the working of cruel fate, but this is the exact number of soldiers that the British army loses each year because of drug abuse. This is more than the total combat losses of the royal army in Iraq and Afghanistan,” the correspondent noted.

The report then featured an extract from a BBC news website story saying that the British army loses a whole battalion of troops a year because of drug abuse (Research revealed that the story was published on 14 December 2007).

The report went on to look at the wider problem of how to reverse the trend of increasing opium production in Afghanistan.

Aleksandr Mikhaylov, the head of the department of interdepartmental and informational activity at the Russian Drugs Control Agency, was shown saying that economic measures to tackle the problem are foundering on local corruption. “The local authorities draw up seriously forged lists in which an amount is recorded for the amount destroyed and, in fact, the crop has not been destroyed at all. The theft of the money to combat narcotics is going on and is flourishing,” he said.

The accusation that US forces are involved in drug-trafficking came from Geydar Dzhemal, chairman of the Islamic Committee of Russia. “Without the control and connivance on the part of the special services none of these things are possible. For example in Afghanistan, the CIA and the special services are quite brazen. Under the protection of the American army they meet the necessary people. They collect the stuff, go to the Bagram airbase and they hand in a large consignment of narcotics, which is then taken away,” he said.

The report went on to say that heroin reached the Balkans via Turkey, which “has been a member of NATO since 1952 and is the USA’s closest ally in the region”. It said it is “another amazing coincidence” that Kosovo hosts the largest NATO base in Europe. The correspondent added that there is a “secret Interpol post” next to this base. “Here they speak almost openly about Afghan heroin in American planes,” he noted.

Ex-con hamburger chef charged with robbing teen drug dealer and setting his body on fire

Tuesday, February 12th, 2008

A Tallahassee man was charged Monday with first-degree murder by Gadsden County authorities who are investigating a body found in a burning car Thursday in Midway.

Dearendo Laqwan Harris, 26, also faces charges of arson and robbery with a deadly weapon in the case. He was arrested Sunday, Lt. Jim Corder of the Gadsden County Sheriff’s Office said Monday during a news conference.

The Sheriff’s Office got a call about 6:25 p.m. Thursday, and they found a burning 1996 Chevrolet Caprice in a wooded area near the Tri-Eagle Sales plant in Midway. The body was pulled from the vehicle.

The body was severely burned, and the Sheriff’s Office is trying to identify the victim through DNA, Corder said. It could be three weeks before a positive identification is made.

In the meantime, the Sheriff’s Office has been in contact with the family of a 17-year-old boy whom they believe to be the victim. Harris and the teen both lived at Brittany Estates Mobile Home Park in Tallahassee, and they had known each other for about eight months, Corder said.

The Sheriff’s Office thinks that Harris intended to rob the victim for drugs and money.

According to Corder, the Sheriff’s Office was able to find and arrest Harris after a witness called on Saturday. The witness said he was with Harris and the victim Thursday night in Quincy.

Corder said one of the three people in the car was a gang member in Leon County, but he declined to say which one. He said he doesn’t think the crime was gang-related.

“I think this was a crime of premeditation and of opportunity,” he said.

Corder said the witness left the scene before the victim was killed but saw Harris and the victim get into a heated argument.

The Sheriff’s Office thinks the victim was likely strangled, possibly with a cord or rope, and Harris then set the car on fire. Harris had a prior robbery conviction and had spent five years in jail. After he got out of jail in January 2007, he worked at a Steak ‘n’ Shake restaurant in Tallahassee.

No additional charges are expected in the case.

The Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone who may have seen the victim’s Caprice driving around Midway that day to give them a call at (850) 627-9233.

Local Drug Kingpin Arrested In Mexico

FAST FACTS:

* Suspected drug kingpin arrested in Mexico
* Craig Petties was on the U.S. Marshals most wanted list
* Petties is accused of distributing cocaine in Memphis and Atlanta

(Memphis 1/14/2008) The U.S. Marshals Office has confirmed suspected drug kingpin Craig Petties was captured in Mexico.

Petties was on the U.S. Marshals 15 Most Wanted List, and for good reason. The U.S. Marshals Office says Petties made a lot of money distributing more than over a thousand kilos of cocaine in cities such as Memphis and Atlanta.

We’re told Petties lived a lavish lifestyle. Authorities have already seized two of his houses, worth more than a million dollars, and twenty luxury vehicles that he owned.

An indictment says Petties spent drug money to buy a $111,000 Mercedes and a Bentley worth more than $300,000.

It’s been long suspected Petties may be hiding out in Mexico and that is exactly where he was arrested.

“We would love to get this guy off the streets. With his resources he could be anywhere and he is a danger to the community, ” said Robert J. Finan II, Assistant Director of the U.S. Marshals Investigative Services Division in 2004.

The Marshals Service hoped Petties luck would run out once they put him on the most wanted list. It may have taken some time, but he’s now behind bars.

It’s long been believed that Petties may be connected to several violent crimes, such as a 2005 triple murder in South Memphis, and two execution-style killings outside Brownsville.

Anyone who needs an item to impress or to prove worthiness has no worthiness. Man Incriminates Himself on YouTube

An Opelousas man demonstrates how to mix illegal drugs and posts it on YouTube.

It wasn’t long before Narcotics Agents in his home town were banging on his door.

The video shows John Sam smoking marijuana and demonstrating to viewers how to make “drink”. Drink is a street name for mixing liquid codeine and Sprite.

In the video the suspect also identified some of his associates who regularly use marijuana. He even said where he lived.

When Agents went to Sam’s residence on Patsy Street Sam allowed them to search his residence. He actually told them that he had a few bags of marijuana in his room.

When agents searched the room they also found a digital scale, empty plastics and an empty bottle of liquid codeine.

Sam told Deputies he was selling bags of marijuana for twenty to forty dollars per bag. When agents showed Sam the videos he was shocked saying “he didn’t think he could get caught that way.”

Anyone with information about drug activity is encouraged to call the Saint Landry Parish Sheriff’s office drug hotline at 984-0970. All callers remain anonymous and the information is always kept confidential.

Inmate Forgotten, Goes Foodless For 2 Days - Deputy Fired, 2 Others Punished

A sheriff’s deputy was fired and two others were punished because an inmate was inadvertently left in a court holding cell without food for two days, authorities said Monday.

The inmate, James Logan, was put into a holding cell at the City-County Building after being sentenced in court to two years of incarceration on drug charges, WRTV-TV in Indianapolis reported.

At the end of the day, deputies were supposed to return him to jail, but he was forgotten, police said.

“(A deputy) told me that he was going to come back and get me, but he never came back,” Logan told reporters Monday evening.

Logan stayed in the cell alone and foodless until about 4 p.m. Sunday, when a deputy went to the building to retrieve something and noticed him, police said.

Logan was without food for about 50 hours, but he did have access to a toilet and a drinking fountain, authorities said.

“No blankets. It was cold,” Logan said.

Court security Deputy Tucker Parker was fired and court security Deputy Richard Edgemont was suspended for two days because of the incident. Lt. James Wampler was demoted to sergeant and suspended for 10 days, the television station reported.

Police said Wampler was the supervisor on duty and didn’t check the cell before leaving on Friday.

Logan was convicted of cocaine possession, cocaine dealing and resisting law enforcement.

Police name suspect in killing of 3

Witness at scene of Thursday’s shooting cooperating, police say

Vancouver police are looking for a 27-year-old man, described as extremely dangerous, who allegedly shot and killed three men in a rental home in Vancouver’s Burton Ridge neighborhood.

An arrest warrant charging murder was issued Friday evening for Benjamin Vasquez-Salamanca.

He is the only known suspect in the murders, and also uses the names Benjermin Salamanca-Vazquez and Benjamin Salamanca. He is 5 feet 5 inches tall and 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

A drug-related warrant for his arrest was issued previously in Multnomah County, Ore.

Anyone who knows his whereabouts is urged to not approach him and to call 911.

Police late Friday also identified two of the men killed: Luis Infante-Ramirez, 25, and Cesar Nuñez-Ortiz, 20.

The name of the third murder victim hadn’t been released Friday as officials sought to notify his family.

Police also withheld the name of a fourth man who was shot. That victim is hospitalized but expected to recover.

A fifth man who was in the house during the shooting — and allegedly tried to hide methamphetamine from police — is cooperating with the investigation as a witness.

Natanael M. Nuñez-Ortiz, 21, of Lacey made his first appearance Friday in Clark County Superior Court on one count of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver.

Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney John Fairgrieve said Nuñez-Ortiz was at 9612 N.E. 21st St., a rental property described in court papers as a drug house, when the shootings happened about 12:30 a.m. Thursday.

Too bad our sweet government won’t allow us to do it at the border though. That sure would be fun, and I’d bet it would solve the spic problem once and for all. Jews wouldn’t like it though, they are using spics as weapons and destroyers against the US. Those jews, they sure do hate Whites.

She-nig mayor’s daughter pleads guilty to money laundering in Mexican cocaine case - her hubby serving life - nothing more criminal than a nigger - nothing

A daughter of Atlanta Mayor Shirley Franklin pleaded guilty on Monday to helping launder money for her ex-husband, who is serving life in prison for his involvement in a drug dealing operation, prosecutors said.

Kai Franklin, 35, of Atlanta, entered the plea in federal court in Greenville, U.S. Attorney Reggie Lloyd said.

Franklin’s ex-husband, Tremayne Graham, was indicted in 2003 for conspiring to distribute at least 1,000 kilograms of Mexican cocaine from Los Angeles to Atlanta and South Carolina. After his indictment, Graham ran from authorities for three years until his arrest in June 2006.

During that time, Franklin paid $14,000 on the couple’s mortgage using more than a dozen postal money orders, Lloyd said. In court on Monday, Franklin admitted to structuring the transaction in an attempt to hide it from the Internal Revenue Service.

Graham was convicted of drug charges in April and is serving life in prison. At his trial, Graham’s co-defendants testified that Franklin received thousands of dollars in drug money, as well as portions of $150,000 in drug money invested in an airport concessions company run by her father, David Franklin, the mayor’s former husband.

Franklin faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine for illegally structuring a financial transaction. She will be sentenced later, Lloyd said.

Mother Faces Drug Charges After Daughter’s Death

The mother of 14-year-old murder victim Ebony Dorsey has now been charged with drug offenses and endangering the welfare of her children.

Danielle Cattie, 34, of Ambler, Pa., turned herself in to authorities on Wednesday to face the charges — the most serious being the felony endangerment charge.

Prosecutors said Cattie has a long history of drug use with murder suspect Mark O’Donnell while her children are in the house, and First Assistant D.A. Risa Ferman said Cattie and O’Donnell were snorting cocaine the weekend that teenage honors student Ebony Dorsey was killed.

“And at the time that Ms. Cattie believed O’Donnell was under the influence, she allowed him to take her 14-year-old child in a car, drive her under the influence to his residence, and then he ultimately left with the child, we believe, sexually assaulted and murdered her,” Ferman said.

Ferman said they found out about the drug use when Cattie provided key information to police that led them to O’Donnell.

Ferman said she understands that Cattie is going through a tough time and is remorseful, but they need to protect her other two children:

“I really credit her for being cooperative with the police and ignoring her own personal interests and her rights not to said anything, and providing information to the police that allowed them to find the killer.”

Ferman said all that will be taken into consideration as the case moves forward.

Cattie was released on $10,000 bail.

Teen’s alleged killer hit with rape charge

On what would have been Ebony Dorsey’s 15th birthday, prosecutors yesterday added a felony charge of rape to a laundry list of charges already facing Mark O’Donnell, Ebony’s alleged killer.

Now, O’Donnell will face charges of murder, indecent assault, abuse of corpse and various drug charges to go along with the newly added rape charge.

O’Donnell, protected by a bulletproof vest, waived his preliminary hearing before District Court Judge Francis J. Bernhardt, and was remanded to Montgomery County Prison.

Danielle Cattie, Ebony’s mother, refused to comment to reporters, but O’Donnell’s lawyer, Thomas Egan III, confirmed the charges while speaking about the mental health of his client.

“Mr. O’Donnell did try to harm himself sometime last week, and because of that he is still staying in the medical unit of the Montgomery County facility in Eagleville,” Egan said.

He took issue with the spectacle of O’Donnell’s being led to court in a protective vest.

“It’s unusual for a defendant to be brought in wearing a bulletproof vest, but he was brought in with about 10 to 15 officers and wearing a vest,” Egan said.

“So I’m just speculating, but the detectives may have received some information that there may have been threats on his life.”

Montgomery County Deputy District Attorney Kevin Steele couldn’t be reached for comment on the vest and extra protection by the cops.

O’Donnell is accused of strangling and sexually abusing Ebony sometime early on Dec. 7. The arrest affidavit recounts that Ebony was baby-sitting O’Donnell’s infant daughter at his residence while O’Donnell was smoking crack with Ebony’s mother at her home.

O’Donnell allegedly assaulted and killed Ebony after returning from the cocaine binge. He then stuffed her body into a plastic container, and drove that container to a relative’s house, the affidavit states.

O’Donnell claimed that he had caught Ebony molesting his daughter and that that’s what sent him into his rage.

Cattie responded by labeling O’Donnell a “monster.” *

Rapper ‘Birdman’ Arrested in Tenn.

KINGSPORT, Tenn. — Rapper Bryan “Birdman” Williams was among 16 people charged with possession of marijuana Tuesday after the RV they were riding in was pulled over by police for making an improper lane change.

Kingsport Police Cpl. Tim Horne said he stopped the vehicle after seeing it force a tractor trailer into the emergency lane on Interstate 81.

Horne said he could smell marijuana from inside the rented RV and located about a pound of marijuana in a trash can in the kitchenette after obtaining consent to search the vehicle.

Williams, 38, his wife Brittany, 18, and his brother, Ronald Williams, 43, were each charged with possession of more than 1/2 ounce of marijuana as were 13 others, several of whom are also affiliated with the rap industry and Cash Money Records, which was founded by Bryan and Ronald Williams.

Among those arrested were road manager Shahid Muhammad, 40, Cash Money Records promoter Casey Collins, 42, and music promoter Ovide Antoine, 32, of Miami, Fla.

All 16 remained jailed late Tuesday night. It was not known if any of them had an attorney.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms is assisting in the investigation because an assault rifle, a handgun and a magazine for a .45-caliber handgun were found on the RV, Horne said. No weapons charges have been filed.

The group said they were traveling from New Orleans to New York for a BET network shoot, Horne said.

Hits featuring Birdman include “Stuntin’ Like My Daddy” and “Army Gunz.”

Millington Police Make a Record Pot Bust

Friday, November 23rd, 2007

FAST FACTS:

* Police found 52 pounds of pot in a Waverly Plantation home
* Gerardo Mendoza faces multiple charges
* Mendoza is an illegal alien

(Millington, TN 11/20/07) A 27 year old man police say is in the United States illegal is now behind bars after he was busted with 52 pounds of pot. Piles of marijuana are now stacked up in mounds of one pound bags. 52 pounds of pot, with a street value of more than 36 thousand dollars was found in the house of Gerardo Mendoza.

Inspector Charlie Coleman is with the Special Operations Division of the Millington Police Department, “If he was getting it in 50 pound bags at a time or more he’s cutting it down to a smaller amount probably a pound and selling it to somebody else who will cut it down probably and sell it.” Police say Mendoza is an illegal immigrant, along with the pot, they found scales and a lot of other drug paraphernalia inside his house in Waverly Farms. It’s a problem police say is seen in communities like Millington more and more often. Inspector Coleman says, “They might move up here for other reasons, work, what have you but they have connection where they dope is at, where the drugs are at and they get it shipped up here to them and it’s big money to them.”

Police caught up with Mendoza at the entrance to Waverly Farms where he lives. They say he was driving a pick up truck with a shotgun in the back, along with almost 1000 dollars in cash. Chamiece Crutcher lives in the neighborhood, she says, “I saw 2 police cars in front of my house and I came out the door because I was going to take something to my momma’s friend and I saw this big truck right here and they was going in and out of this house.” People who live in the area say Mendoza’s little boy lived in the house, around what police now say is the biggest pot bust they’ve ever seen in the City of Millington. Crutcher says, “There will be kids over here kids from across the street over there and they will be right there in yard playing that’s sad.”

Illegal meskins set-up heroine operations in Ohio - Illegal Immigrants Indicted For Manslaughter

Tuesday, November 20th, 2007

GROVE CITY, Ohio - A grand jury on Thursday indicted two illegal immigrants living in central Ohio on charges of manslaughter.

Federal agents said they have evidence linking the accused drug dealers to Arthur Eisel, who overdosed in August, 10TV News reported.

According to the indictment, Victor Delgadillo-Parra and Jose Manuel Cazares-Contreras provided heroin to Eisel, 30, which “resulted in serious bodily injury and death.” It is the first such indictment of this kind.

“It’s significant in that it is needed,” said Assistant U.S. Attorney Dave Devillers. “We are losing citizens that are addicted to heroin.”

Police told 10TV that central Ohio is becoming the heroin capital of the state. The drug is coming from Tepic, Mexico and dealers are operating numerous cells in Columbus, police said.

“We’re not talking L.A., N.Y., Chicago, we’re talking central Ohio and Columbus,” said Drug Enforcement Administration Special Agent in Charge Tony Marotta.

The cells are supplying users from all over central Ohio, including Mansfield, Logan, Athens and Union County, 10TV News reported.

“You’re shopping with your family at a shopping center and in the center parking lot you have individuals who are selling to users,” Marotta said.

Federal agents said they did not expect this to be their last indictment.

Lowdown nigger to plead guilty to avoid the death penalty in murder of White couple

Man Pleads Guilty To Union Twp. Double Slaying

A Batavia Township man pleaded guilty Wednesday morning to murder charges in connection with a double slaying last month in Union Township.

Brian Adams, 32, accepted a guilty plea to two counts of aggravated murder in the deaths of Mark Thiele and Kimberly Butler, whose bodies were found Sept. 10 inside an apartment at Rue Center Court.

Both victims were shot to death Sept. 7, and police said Adams knew both Thiele and Butler.

Court records show Adams pleaded guilty Oct. 8 to operating a vehicle without a license, and he was already in police custody while he awaited Nov. 8 on a charge of trafficking cocaine.

In exchange for his guilty plea to murder charges, prosecutors agreed to drop the drug charge against Adams, who also had another drug trafficking charge against him dismissed Sept. 5, records show.

Police said Adams is from New Jersey, where he has a previous drug conviction, but has been living since 2004 in Ohio.

Authorities announced his arrest in the slayings the same day he pleaded guilty to them.

Edit:

After a foul odor led to the Sept. 10 discovery of the bodies of Thiele and Butler in the East Pointe apartment complex on Rue Center Court off Ohio 125, Union Township Police, Gaviglia said only that the two died as a result of “criminal means.”

Adams knew the couple, his lawyer said.

Cathy Adams said police linked her client to the crime because “he told a bunch of people” he did it.

Nobody witnessed the shootings, Cathy Adams said.

“It was a drug transaction,” she said. “They were buying crack from him.”

Buck arrested for the 36th time

Tuesday, October 30th, 2007

A man police described as a “menace to Orlando” was arrested for the 36th time hours after being featured on Local6.com and Local 6 News.

Investigators said Anthony White has supplied street-level drug dealers in the Parramore area for some time.

Members of the Orange County sheriff’s warrants division took White into custody Tuesday after receiving a tip from a Local 6 viewer.

“What did they pick you up for man?” Local 6’s Donald Forbes asked White during his arrest.

“I don’t know?” White said.

“You don’t know? They say you are a big-time drug dealer,” Forbes said.

“I don’t sell drugs,” White said.

Officers said White was able to slip through a recent roundup of more than 200 suspects in an operation conducted by MBI officers and Orlando police.

“He is a menace to Orlando,” Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation Sgt. Robert Anzueto said. “He is a problem.”

White has been arrested 35 times on charges of grand theft, robbery and other violent felonies, police said.

Detectives said even though White has been arrested 36 times, current charges should keep him in custody, Local 6 reported.

German parties blast Bush remarks

German politicians slam the US President’s recent remarks on Iran, saying they illustrate the war-mongering policies of the White House.

“Such comments hinder the efforts aimed to find a diplomatic and peaceful solution for Iran’s nuclear activities,” said Ruprecht polenz, chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee in the lower house of Germany’s Parliament, in a reference to George W. Bush’s recent remarks.

Polenz, who is a member of the ruling Christian Democratic Union, added Thursday that the warmongering comments have been presented in response to Russian President Vladimir Putin’s trip to Iran.

Germany’s Social Democratic Party also issued a statement on Thursday, describing the US president’s remarks as ‘irresponsible’. A spokesperson for the Party also described US go-to-war rhetoric as detrimental to the measures taken to resolve the issue peacefully.

Another German political party, The Left, said, “By issuing such remarks, Bush seeks to gain more support to pursue his hawkish policies against Iran.”

In a press conference held on Wednesday, Bush said Iran’s pursuit of nuclear weapons would lead to World War III. He didn’t provide any evidence for his claims.

“I’ve told people that if you’re interested in avoiding World War III, it seems like you ought to be interested in preventing the Iranians from gaining the means to make nuclear weapons,” he said.

Tehran insists that its nuclear program is solely aimed at peaceful purposes. The IAEA has declared that there is no evidence to prove Iran is developing nuclear weaponry.

SWAT raid nets drugs, children, wiggers and niggers

Friday, October 19th, 2007

Police bust a suspected drug house in Cape Coral Friday and found more than just cocaine and heroin inside - they also found three children.

Elementary school students walk by the house every day from the bus stop.

“There was always a lot of cars in the driveway,” said Tyler, a 5th grade student.

There’s not much traffic anymore - the SWAT team broke down the door and found four people inside.

Two of them, Brooke Amidon, 24, and Damian Babb, 22, tried to run out the back door, according to police, but they didn’t get very far.

Police found chunks of heroin, cocaine and two AK-47 assault rifles hidden underneath a pile of clothing.

But the worst part is that it was all going on in front of children ages four, five and seven.

The children are with their mother.

The other two people living in the house, Eddie and Johnny Luster, 34 and 32-years old respectively, were also arrested.

All face drug trafficking and other charges.

Customs and Border Protection agent arrested for possession of cocaine

Friday, October 19th, 2007

Police arrested U.S. Customs and Border Protection Services official with possession of drugs early Thursday.

According to officials, 53 year-old Willie Cooper, a 35 year veteran of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Services, was stopped for a traffic offense on Northwest 12th avenue and 5th street, when the officer found “smoke still coming out of his crack cocaine pipe in his car.”

Cooper was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of paraphernalia, and resisting arrest with violence. “It’s really an insult to all the law abiding, hard working officers that are securing and protecting our nation’s border everyday. At a minimum, it is very very disappointing,” said special agent Zachary Mann.

Until the arrest, Cooper had been working at Port Everglades. Copper was placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the criminal charges placed against him.

Four shot to death in Detroit dope house

Friday, October 19th, 2007

DETROITTwo adults and two children were fatally shot as they slept Thursday in a home known for drug activity, renewing pleas for community members to take more responsibility in the fight against violence.

Police were questioning someone found with the adult male victim’s vehicle, which they think the shooter took, Sgt. Eren Stephens Bell said. Police did not discuss a possible motive.

Officers found no signs of forced entry after getting the call around 3:30 a.m., and the doors and windows of the two-story brick bungalow were reinforced with two-by-fours and locks, Police Chief Ella Bully-Cummings said. The bodies of the children were found in one room, police said, while the bodies of the adults were in another.

Police have responded to the house in the past on reports of shots fired and narcotics complaints, Bully-Cummings said. A gun was not found at the scene, but casings from a high-powered weapon were recovered, she said.

“I’m tired of seeing our children die,” the chief said. “We as adults have a responsibility to our children to allow them to grow up as adults in a safe environment, and we’re failing them.”

Pandora Eppinger said her niece, 9-year-old Alexus Eppinger, and nephew, 5-year-old Terrence Eppinger Jr., were killed.

“It’s scary out here. You can’t go out anywhere and feel safe,” Eppinger said.

“They were just little, sweet kids,” she said. “Why would they do that?”

The children’s mother, Lynnette Lawson, 28, and Jason Davis, 34, also died, according to the Wayne County medical examiner’s office and relatives who gathered in the morning rain near the home. The boy died of a gunshot wound to the abdomen, and the others were shot multiple times at close range, according to the medical examiner’s office.

Georgia Davis, 53, said her son, Jason, had been dating Lawson recently.

“Why would someone kill those kids?” she said. “They’re crazy.”

Bully-Cummings, speaking to reporters on the street just hours after the shootings, reiterated a plea for Detroiters to take responsibility for the community, one she has made repeatedly since taking the job in 2003.

In 2004, she and other officials joined a coalition of ministers in prayer as they called on residents to join them in ending a culture of violence in the city. But the killings have continued.

The four were killed a day after a man and woman were convicted of murdering two boys who were shot in a ransacked Detroit apartment in February. Authorities say they planned to kidnap the boys’ cousin and rob him of cocaine and cash.

Three additional suspects are awaiting trial. A sixth suspect pleaded guilty to second-degree murder.

In September, police said four people were killed in a shooting at a home where a large amount of illegal drugs were found. The county prosecutor’s office said a man is facing four murder charges.

Deondrey Peterson, 33, lives near the scene of Thursday’s killings and said he wants to move out of Detroit because of such violence.

“It’s ridiculous. It’s senseless,” Peterson said. “My main concern is the kids. … How are we going to have a future?”

Former Cowboys QB Arrested On Drug Charge

Friday, October 12th, 2007

Former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Quincy Carter was arrested in Shreveport on a drug charge early Friday morning.

Carter was booked into the Shreveport City Jail at about 4 a.m. after being charged with possession of marijuana. Carter was later transferred to the Caddo Correctional Center.

In a news release, police said the incident began at about 1:30 a.m. when an officer stopped a silver car that was reported to have been involved in selling drugs at the Circle K convenience store at Youree and Southfield.

While stopped, the officer smelled alcohol on Carter and transported him to the DWI Unit for testing. Carter was found not to be intoxicated but did have about three grams of marijuana in his pants pocket, officials said.

Carter was charged with second offense possession of marijuana, a felony.

This isn’t Carter’s first arrest in connection with a drug charge. Last December, Carter was arrested on a drug charge in Irving following a domestic disturbance call.

3 Teens Jailed In Alleged Murder Plot, 2 Still On Loose

DURHAM, N.C. — Three Durham teenagers accused of ambushing and killing a 20-year-old man made their first appearance in a Durham County courtroom Wednesday as authorities continued their search for two more suspects in the same case.

A judge denied bond for Nicole L. Smith, 17, who allegedly lured the victim, Adam Christopher Lutz to her neighborhood on Aug. 8, where two other men were apparently waiting in a wooded area, a Durham County prosecutor told the judge. Smith has been charged with first-degree murder.

Those two men, Michael Harrison Hunt Jr. and Tyrone Lamont Baker, both 19 of Durham, according to investigators, then shot Lutz in the back of his head while he sat in his car. Authorities have also charged them with first-degree murder but are still searching for them.

2006: The two nasty nigs are snagged, held without bond.

Bond Denied For Teens In Ambush Slaying

DURHAM, N.C. — Two Durham teens charged in what authorities are calling an ambush slaying were ordered held without bond Friday.

Michael Harrison Hunt Jr. and Tyrone Lamont Baker, both 19, are charged with murder in connection with the Aug. 8 shooting death of Adam Lutz. The pair was arrested in Kinston Thursday afternoon after authorities received an anonymous tip regarding their whereabouts.

Authorities said Lutz was lured by another teen to a wooded area in Durham County to obtain the prescription pain-killer Percocet for $3 to $4 a pill. There, Hunt and Baker were waiting to ambush him, authorities said, adding they believe the pair stole guns from Hunt’s neighbor.

Blood-stained money was found in Lutz’ truck, according to a search warrant.

Investigators said an ongoing feud also might have been a motive in the slaying. Two weeks before the murder, Lutz and Hunt had a run-in, and witnesses told authorities that one of the men pulled a gun.
2007: The three Whites, not liking the niggerfuxxed jail where they’re housed, turn on their black ex homies. Each makes a deal with the DA who wants the criminally insane nigger shooters more than the confused white wigger dupes.

Plea Deals Reached in Ambush Slaying

Two people charged in what authorities call an ambush slaying of a 20-year-old Durham man entered a plea in court Tuesday, and one other person was expected to do so Wednesday.

Janeen Webb, 17, and Stephen Kyle Knight, 20, who were each charged with accessory after the fact to murder, pleaded guilty to a felony obstruction of justice charge in connection with the Aug. 8, 2006, shooting of Adam Christopher Lutz.

A third person, Nicole L. Smith, 18, who is charged with first-degree murder in the case, was expected to enter a plea Wednesday.

Authorities said Smith lured Lutz to a wooded area in Durham County, where two other men – Michael Harrison Hunt Jr. and Tyrone Lamont Baker, both 20 – were apparently waiting to shoot him. Webb and Knight, authorities said, drove a getaway car.

Lutz died from a single bullet to the back of the head, Durham District Attorney David Saacks said in court Tuesday.

Webb, Smith and Knight will be sentenced after they testify in Hunt’s and Baker’s murder trials, which likely won’t start until the spring.

Webb and Knight could each face a maximum of 30 months in jail, the judge said.

Police arrest a trio of big-lipped baboons in PC World editor murder case

Thursday, September 27th, 2007

Police in Pittsburg said they have arrested three men they believe are connected to the shooting death of PC World editor Rex Farrance at his Pittburg home in 2006.

Tremaine Cleothius Amos, 25 of Bay Point, Darryl Westley Hudson, 23, of Pittsburg, and Montrell Lamar Hall, 23, of Pittsburg were all in jail already on other charges, according to Pittsburg Police Information Officer Brian Addington.

The three have been charged with murder with special circumstance, which makes them eligible for the death penalty, NBC11’s Ethan Harp reported.

The men have also been charged with two counts of robbery and one count of burglary each, Harp said.
Click here to find out more!

59 year-old Rex Farrance lived with his wife Lenore Vantosh-Farrance.

On Jan. 9, 2006, police said four unknown assailants broke into the Farrance home.

Investigators said the ski-masked men charged Farrance who was retreating to his master bedroom where Lenore was recuperating in bed.

Police said that the men demanded money repeatedly and before the couple could comply, one of the men pistol-whipped Lenore and shot Rex Farrance in the chest.

Authorities believed that the incident was a targeted attack possibly linked to illegal narcotics.

The three men may not have known the family members, but somehow knew there was a substantial amount of marijuana in the home, Addington said.

Police found 100 pounds of pot growing in the home, and more than 3 pounds of cultivated marijuana after the robbery.

One Pittsburg police inspector maintained that police have substantial reason to believe the couple was involved in the illegal distribution of narcotics.

Officers did not specify which drugs but said there was a large amount of marijuana found in the home.

The couple’s son, Sterling Farrance, who did not live with his parents at the time of the attack, said the marijuana was grown for medical purposes and that his parents were not involved in anything illegal.

There was however, much more marijuana in his parents home than someone with a medical marijuana ID card is allowed to possess.

Sterling was also the only member of his family to actually have an ID card.

Pittsburg police said they were able to connect the three men to the killing because of evidence surrounding guns used in the attack, and the retrieval of a safe stolen from the Farrance home.
