A JEW EXPOSES THE JEW FOR KILLING MILLIONS OF WHITE PEOPLE

By  a Jew with morals, Eric Margolis  - This century’s bloodiest crime was utterly ignored. The Unknown Holocaust In 1932, the Jew-speaking  leader, Josef Stalin, unleashed genocide on  White people in Ukraine. Stalin determined to force Ukraine’s millions of independent farmers - called `kulaks’- into collectivized Soviet agriculture, and to crush Ukraine’s growing spirit of nationalism.

Ukraine’s nightmare had begun in 1932. Faced by resistance to collectivization, Stalin unleashed terror upon Ukraine. Moscow dispatched 25,000 fanatical young party militants - earlier versions of Mao’s `Red Guards’ - to force 10 million Ukrainian peasants into collective farms. Secret police units of OGPU began selective executions of recalcitrant farmers.

When Stalin’s red guards failed to make a dent in this immense number, OGPU was ordered to begin mass executions. But there were simply not enough Chekists (secret police) to kill so many people, so Stalin decided to replace bullets by a much cheaper medium of death, mass starvation.

All seed stocks, grain, silage, and farm animals were confiscated from Ukraine’s farms. Ethiopia’s communist dictator, Mengistu Haile Mariam, used the very same method in the 1970’s to force collectivization: the resulting famine cased one million deaths.

OGPU agents and Red Army troops sealed all roads and rail lines. Nothing came in or out of Ukraine. Farms were searched and looted of food and fuel. Ukrainians quickly began to die of hunger, cold, and sickness.

When OGPU failed to meet weekly execution quotas, Stalin sent henchman, Lazar Kaganovitch, to destroy Ukrainian resistance. Kaganovitch, the Soviet Eichmann, made quota, shooting 10,000 Ukrainians weekly. Eighty percent of all Ukrainian intellectuals were executed. Ukrainian Nikita Khruschchev helped supervise the slaughter.

During the bitter winter of 1932-33, mass starvation created by Kaganovitch and OGPU hit full force. Ukrainians ate their pets, boots, belts, bark, and roots. Cannibalism became common; parents even ate infant children.

The precise number of Ukrainians murdered by Stalin’s custom-made famine and Cheka firing squads remains unknown to this day. KGB’s archives, and recent work by Russian historians, shows at least 7 million Ukrainians died. Ukrainian historians put the figure at 9 million, or higher. Twenty-five percent of Ukraine’s population was exterminated.

Six million other farmers across the USSR were starved or shot during collectivization. Stalin told Churchill he liquidated ten million peasants during the 1930’s. Add mass executions by the Cheka in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania; the genocide of 3 million Muslims of the USSR; massacres of Cossacks and Volga Germans. In total, Soviet industrial genocide accounted for at least 40 million victims, not including 20 million war dead.

Kaganovitch, and many senior OGPU officers( later, NKVD) were Jewish. The predominance of Jews among Bolshevik leaders, and the frightful crimes and cruelty inflicted by Stalin’s Cheka on Ukraine, the Baltic, and Poland, led the victims of Red Terror to blame the Jewish people for both communism and their suffering. As a direct result, during the subsequent Nazi occupation of Eastern Europe, the region’s innocent Jews became the target of ferocious revenge by Ukrainians, Balts, and Poles.

While the world is by now fully aware of the destruction of Europe’s Jews by the Nazis, the story of the numerically larger holocaust in Ukraine has been suppressed, or ignored. Ukraine’s genocide occured 8-9 years before Hitler began the Jewish Holocaust, and was committed, unlike Nazi crimes, before the world’s gaze. But Stalin’s murder of millions was simply denied, or concealed by a leftwing conspiracy of silence that continues to this day. In the strange moral geometry of mass murder, only Nazis are guilty.

Socialist luminaries like Bernard Shaw, Beatrice and Sidney Webb, and PM Edouard Herriot of France, toured Ukraine during 1932-33, and proclaimed reports of famine were false. Shaw announced, `I did not see one under-nourished person in Russia.’ New York Times correspondent Walter Duranty, who won a Pulitzer Prize for his Russian reporting, wrote claims of famine were `malignant propaganda.’ Seven million people were dying around them, yet these fools saw nothing. The New York Times has never repudiated Duranty’s lies.

Modern leftists do not care to be reminded their ideological and historical roots are entwined with this century’s greatest crime - Stalin’s mass murder machine - the inevitable result of enforced social engineering and marxist theology. Had Germany won the war, today’s `reformed’ Euro- Nazis would take the same amnesiac approach to Hitler as modern European socialists do to Stalin.

Western historians delicately skirt the sordid fact that the governments of Britain, the US, and Canada were fully aware of the Ukrainian genocide and Stalin’s other monstrous crimes. Yet they eagerly welcomed him as an ally during World War II. Stalin, whom an adoring Roosevelt called `Uncle Joe,’ murdered four times more people than Adolf Hitler - and a decade earlier. Roosevelt and Churchill colluded with and helped save history’s most murderous regime. Time to face this ugly fact.

None of the Soviet mass murderers who committed genocide were ever brought to justice. `Soviet Eichmann’ Lazar Kaganovitch died peacefully in Moscow a few years ago, still wearing his Order of the Soviet Union, and enjoying a generous state pension.

This was the opinion of professor Anna van der Hoven, a criminologist from Unisa in commenting on a Centurion case in which a man and a woman were repeatedly burnt with a clothes iron by armed robbers.

According to Van der Hoven, victims said they often saw hatred and cruelty in the eyes of their attackers.

“I don’t know if that refers to the past and why they don’t just take what they want and leave.”

Racist elements

“There are underlying racist elements. They were perhaps deprived and want to take revenge.”

“The attackers are sometimes not South African, but people from other African countries, where there is also unrest.”

Van der Hoven said it gave attackers a sense of power to hurt people.

“They feel they can intimidate people. They are in control and can decide if they want to torture you and how long you have to live.”

She added that rehabilitation programmes in prisons were not complete and criminals often came out of jail more dangerous than before. On top of this, they could decide if they wanted to take part in the programmes or not.

Dr Johan Burger, a senior researcher at the Institute for Security Studies, said SA’s history of violence could contribute to the problem and that violence was seen as a means to a goal.

He also said that violence could be used as an instrument to get information from victims.

They could use force to obtain information about safes or to get a PIN number from victims.

According to Burger, there was a divide between rich and poor and that some people living in abject poverty could feel they had to commit crime.

The attackers could feel frustrated with their circumstances and then take out this frustration on their victims.

Sometimes victims fought back or even made insulting comments and this could lead to violence.

“Often the attacker’s behaviour is as a result of the victim’s, but that is not always the case.”

Burger said there was a lack of research on this particular topic and one could only speculate about it.

HUNDREDS of angry Hillcrest residents bayed for the blood of five rape
suspects outside the Hillcrest Police Station yesterday.

Initially, the crowd staged a protest outside the Pinetown Magistrate’s
Court where the suspects were due to appear for the rape of a young
Kloof woman.

Seven men accosted Jessica Foord and her father at a nearby dam on
Sunday and repeatedly raped her in a field. The Foords had been walking
their dogs when they were attacked.

Five suspects were arrested on Wednesday after intense investigations.

The suspects were due for their first court appearance yesterday, but
police found out about the planned protest and brought the suspects to
court on Thursday.

Lindani Maphumulo, Thabani Ntinga, Siyabonga Ntinga, Mbotho Msomi and
Nthuthuko Chili were denied bail and were remanded into custody at
Durban’s Westville Prison until their next court appearance on March 20.

This “deception” further angered protestors, many of whom had taken time
off work and school to attend the protest.

It is believed that protestors were also riled by the rape of a
six-year-old girl in the area.

Fed up with the high crime rate in the area, residents then moved to
Hillcrest Police Station, where they demanded to see the suspects.

Residents moved to the area just outside the station’s holding cells and
shouted threats at the five suspects inside. Foord’s relatives were
among the protestors.

Private investigator Brad Nathanson, who was instrumental in tracking
down the suspects, said that community members contacted him shortly
after the rape to help in the investigation.

“I was told that there wasn’t a lot of money lying around, so I took on
the job free of charge. I started work immediately,” he said.

He said he went to the crime scene and recovered a vital piece of
information that the police had missed.

“The next day, I took Jessica and her father to the dam to point out the
crime scene. I also put out some money to my informers and waited for
information,” he said.
Two of Nathanson’s informers came back with a suspect’s name.
“They both came back with the same name, which was our hot lead. It took
us six hours to track the suspect down. He then pointed out the
suspects,” he added.

He said that the community banded together to support his team during
the investigation.
“I’m very proud at what we achieved. The community was a great help to
us,” he said.

Hillcrest resident Michelle Blanckenberg said the rape had shocked the
community into taking action against the increase of crime in the area.
She said the area where the rape occurred was a popular spot for
families.
“Enough is enough. It is unacceptable and time we stood up against these
rapes. It’s amazing how people have come together to express their anger
about the crime,” she said.
Another, Christina Dubazama from Wyebank, said she lost faith in the
local police after her daughter’s rapists were granted bail.
Dubazama’s eight-year-old daughter and grandmother were gang-raped in August last
year; their attackers paid their bail and were released.
“I know what that girl is going through. The men who attacked my family
are out there waiting to rape more women. Something needs to be done,”
she said.

Overcome with emotion, she said that she hoped that government brought
back the death penalty for those who raped and killed. “I’m tired of all
this. Our children are suffering. The powers that be should wake and see
that there is a problem with crime in this country,” she said.

Everton resident Sally van den Berg said parents were terrified to let
their children play outside.
“People are terrified after the incident. Our local police don’t help.
We gave them information and nothing was done,” she said.

Ernest Khumalo from Molweni said police failed the community when it
came to responding to calls about crime. “They are not helpful. We have
to wait for hours … We are fed up with the crime situation now,” he
said.
Police spokeswoman Danelia Veldhuizen said that police were still
searching for two suspects who are still on the run.

South African BLACK men rape babies as ‘cure’ for Aids

THE alleged rape of a nine-month-old baby girl by six men in a remote
part of rural South Africa last week has focused the nation on an 80 per
cent rise in child sexual abuse over a year, much of it connected with
the country’s Aids pandemic.
More than 67,000 cases of rape and sexual assaults against children were
reported last year, compared with 37,500 in 1998. Child welfare groups
believe that the number of unreported incidents could be up to 10 times
that number.
Some of the victims were as young as six-months-old, a number of whom
died from their injuries, while others contracted HIV. The largest
increase in attacks has been against children under seven.
Although rises in poverty, violent crime and unemployment are said to
have contributed to the escalation in child abuse, the most significant
and worrying factor is the widespread myth sweeping the country that
having sex with children provides a cure for Aids.
Cati Vawda, the director of the Children’s Rights Centre in Durban,
said: “There is a belief across South Africa that a virgin will cure a
man of HIV or Aids. We have no idea where this idea has come from, but
it has been around for a few years and has certainly taken hold.”
Kelly Hatfield, of People Opposed to Women Abused , added: “South Africa
has reached a new low. This rumour certainly has become a common
belief.”
Police say at least one of the men who attacked the nine-month-old girl
is HIV-positive. The baby has also been tested for the virus and given
anti-retroviral drugs as a precaution.
The girl - whose name has not been released - remains in intensive care
at the Kimberley Hospital. While doctors said it was likely that her
physical wounds would heal, experts remained concerned about
psychological trauma.
Even in a country that is accustomed to violent crime, the attack has
shocked the nation. Pictures of the six accused appeared on front pages
of newspapers across South Africa and radio phone-in shows were
inundated with callers demanding to know what the police and Government
were doing to stop child abuse.
More than 1,000 people, mainly women and children, gathered at the
magistrate’s court in the remote town of Upington in the north of the
country to vent their anger as the trial opened against the men, aged
between 24 and 66, accused of assaulting the infant. The crowd chanted
slogans demanding more protection for children, and waved banners and
posters.
Dozens of police and soldiers had to be deployed to stop the crowd from
surging into the courtroom, where the case was postponed until later
this month. The six accused men were remanded in custody.
South Africa has the highest number of HIV-positive citizens in the
world. According to official figures, one in nine South Africans are
infected with the virus, although many health workers believe the rate
of infection to be closer to one in eight. Schools often harbour the
worst sex offenders.
Next month, a deputy headmaster in the Eastern Cape goes on trial
accused of raping schoolgirls over a 10-year period, resulting in 20 of
them becoming pregnant.
Joan van Niekerk, the chairman of Childline South Africa, said: “How can
we hope that a school will teach children to behave responsibly when the
very people who are educating them are themselves abusers?”
The 185 child abuse cases that are reported to the police each day
represent just a fraction of the true number committed, according to
child welfare groups. Of these, just five per cent result in a
successful conviction. For those mothers aware that their children have
been abused, the decision to make a complaint is rarely easy.
Edith Kriel, a social worker who helps child victims in the Eastern
Cape, said: “Child abusers are often relatives of their victims - even
their fathers and providers. For women, making a complaint is a hard
choice because they end up losing their husbands, the breadwinners and
the roof over their heads.”

Police in Columbia County are looking for the man who robbed a BP gas station over the weekend.

Witnesses say he pulled a knife on the clerk and demanded money.

Police believe the suspect is in his 30s. He has long dreadlocks. He was seen leaving in a newer model, dark-colored pickup.

Man Found Living With Dead Body Arrested

A day after finding the decaying body of a woman, police arrested the man who lives in the Northside home where the body was discovered.

A detective working a missing persons case went to the house in the 2400 block of Blackshire Road off Dunn Avenue just before noon Tuesday. When 50-year-old Calvin Simpson opened the door, the stench of a decaying body was overwhelming, police said.

Police announced Wednesday that they have arrested Simpson on unrelated charges.

Simpson was taken downtown and questioned by detectives. He was later booked into jail and charged with two counts of trying to cash worthless checks, police said.

He has not been charged in connection with the death of the woman, identified as 31-year-old Tyronnie Lynne Dennis.

Police have not yet said how the woman died, but confirmed that the case is being investigated as a homicide.

A Palm Coast man who went to a home to collect a debt Saturday afternoon was instead met by an armed man who forced him into a car and demanded cash, according to the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office.

The 21-year-old victim told deputies that he pulled into the driveway of the home on Pony Lane just after 5 p.m. when Brandon Washington, 20, forced the victim into a car.

Deputies said that vehicle was driven by Meghan Smith, 22, and Manuel Cabral Jr., 22, was a passenger.

Washington, who was reported to be carrying a gun in his waistband, directed Smith to drive the victim to a home on Pope Lane where the victim said he could get cash.

Once at the home, the victim was allowed out of the car. Rather than retreiving money and returning, he called 911 to report the crime.

When the victim failed to come back out, Smith and Cabral left the scene, but were stopped by a Flagler County deputies at the intersection of Pheasant and Phoenix Lanes in Palm Coast.

Both were charged with false imprisonment and were being held at the Flagler County Inmate Facility without bond Sunday morning. The victim’s car was recovered at the Pony Lane home.

Washington remained at large Sunday morning.

Flagler County Sheriff Donald Fleming said four women, all acquainted with Washington (and all White?), were arrested earlier Saturday after a robbery of a restaurant in the Old Kings Commons Shopping area in Palm Coast.

Finally some closure for a Kern County desert community, one year after a teenager was found killed. Friday morning 40-year-old Phillip Ellison was arrested for the murder and rape of 14-year-old Jamesha Terry in California City.

California City Police say they found evidence early in the case that linked Ellison to the victim, but it’s taken this long to get the evidence analyzed. Police Chief Steve Colerick says investigators had evidence from where the body was found, two dumpsters, from Ellison’s apartment, and a sample from the suspect himself.

Chief Colerick says although it took a long time to get all the work done, the crime lab “made the case.”

‘It was a forensic processing of DNA matching, and analysis that ultimately linked Mr. Ellison to the body,” says Chief Colerick.

The 14-year-old girl was last seen March 19, 2007 after she got off a school bus. Her body was found 13 days later in the vacant lot — and the only building nearby is an apartment where Ellison had lived for a couple years.

“We profiled all the tenants, visitors and residents that did live there,” Chief Colerick told Eyewitness News. “He was the one that came to the forefront.” Why? “Due to the relationship specifically to her.”

One might assume that the approaching end of the George W Bush presidency is the beginning of the end of the American empire, at least as empire-building is usually seen - as an attempt to impose power on others by force.

The reason is simple: US forces in Iraq and Afghanistan are badly stretched, and the pleas of US Secretary of Defense Robert Gates to European countries to send more combat troops have fallen on deaf ears. Still, John McCain, the Republican presidential nominee, notes that the war could proceed “for a hundred years”.

The war in the Middle East is qualitatively different from the Vietnam War, in which McCain participated. In withdrawing from Southeast Asia, the US actually put itself out of danger, its battered prestige notwithstanding. The point is that Vietnam would not make any attempt to create problems for the US at the end of formal hostilities.

The situation is entirely different in Iraq and Afghanistan, where the US debacle will lead to intensifying efforts to harm American interests - and not only those of the US, but countries all over the globe.

From this perspective, the current wars are open-ended conflicts from which the US cannot extricate itself. Therefore, one could argue that the American empire is coming to its end and its global span could well be replaced by other powers, with China as the major candidate. The present situation in Africa serves as a prime example.

Recently, Bush visited Africa. While on the surface this was an expression of goodwill and an indication of US concern for African problems - poverty and the spread of pandemic disease, mostly - there were other purely pragmatic implications of the visit. One of these was Washington’s attempt to counter China’s growing influence. And in this competition with China, the US employs a weapon quite different from those used in Afghanistan and Iraq: the checkbook.

Financial and economic assistance was widely used during the Cold War. In fact, in Africa, as well as in other parts of the world, attachment to either “socialism” or “capitalism” was directly connected to the amount of cash or assistance received from the respective superpowers. And while the former Soviet Union could often prevail in the case of direct military confrontation between its proxy and the Americans’ proxy, it usually failed when the checkbook was employed. The US could easily outspend its rival, as at the time it was engaged in a “checkbook war” on a global scale.

FBI arrests two Texas men (Texas men?) in relation to Troy couple’s slaying

TROY — Two more suspects will face charges in the alleged contract killings of a Troy couple, police said Saturday.

Narayan Thadani and Douglas Tabor, both Texas residents, were arrested late Friday night in the Houston area by FBI agents on charges of conspiracy to commit murder in conjunction. They are suspects in the deaths of Birj Mohan Chhabra, 65, and his wife Aasha Chhabra, 56. The couple was killed Tuesday in their home on Delaware Drive.

“These new arrests are important elements in the case against our suspects,” said Troy Police Lt. Gerard Scherlinck on Saturday.

Police said Miguel Angel Servando-Ortiz, 40, of Katy, Texas, and Nelson Oswaldo Mendoza, 34, of Houston traveled to Troy to carry out the murder-for-hire. They were arrested Tuesday by Taylor police during a traffic stop in which blood-stained clothing, a semi-automatic handgun and a map to the victims’ home were found inside their vehicle.

The pair were arraigned Friday in Troy on first degree premeditated murder and firearm charges. A preliminary exam is scheduled for March 27 in Troy District Court. Both are being held in the Oakland County Jail without bond. Servando-Ortiz is in the United States illegally, according to federal authorities.

Scherlinck said Thadani and Tabor are awaiting an appearance before a federal magistrate in Houston. The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Detroit and Detroit FBI Office anticipate their extradition to Detroit to face federal charges in this case Monday, he said.

“This will not impede the prosecution for state offenses, although our suspects may also face federal charges,” he said.

Thadani is a longtime family friend of the Chhabra’s, against whom they had filed suit over the use of $1.5 million in funds associated with Aasha Chhabra’s family estate in India. Tabor is an associate of Thadani’s, Scherlinck said.

The News has reported how Servando-Ortiz and Mendoza, both El Salvador nationals, were allegedly promised $100,000 to kill the couple, according to prosecutors.

Both victims were found in the second-floor bedroom of their home. Both were killed by a single contact gunshot wound to the head.

Aasha Chhabra had multiple sclerosis and was largely confined to bed or a wheelchair. Her husband was a computer programming consultant and yoga instructor.

Aasha Chhabra apparently relied on Thadani’s help in liquidating assets left to her in India by her parents. Allegations contained within a still pending 2006 lawsuit show Aasha Chhabra alleged Thadani moved her funds to his own account — without her knowledge or permission — and refused her demands to return them to her, along with her passport, green card and ID.

WASHINGTON — A largely unreported meeting held at the State Department discussed integration of the Jew-U.S., Mexico and Jew-Canada in concert with a move toward a transatlantic union, linking a North American community with the European Union.

We observed about 25 ACIEP members, including U.S. corporations involved in international trade, prominent U.S. business trade groups, law firms involved with international business law, international investment firms and other international trade consultants.

The agenda for the ACIEP meeting was not published, and State Department officials in attendance could not give WND permission under Chatham House rules to publish the agenda.

A senior reporter at the BBC has attacked the corporation’s season of programmes about the white working class.

Sarah Mukherjee, the environment correspondent, who grew up on a predominantly white council estate in Essex, said that BBC2’s White season risked reinforcing the stereotype of the white working class as violent and racist alcoholics who live on benefits.

The reporter, who is Asian, made the comments after Richard Klein (jewboy), the BBC’s commissioning editor for documentaries, said that the corporation had been “brave” to make a series of programmes about the “prejudices, alienation, fears and confusion” of the white working class.

She said that white working-class people had the same concerns as the middle classes living in Notting Hill in west London.

“A good education for their kids, a good standard of living, enough left over for a nice holiday,” she said in a letter published in Ariel.

“And yet, listening to the patronising conversations in some newsrooms you’d think white, working-class Britain is one step away from anarchy, drinking themselves senseless and pausing only to draw benefits and beat up a few Asian and black people.”

Prosecutors filed charges against two St. Louis men in the death of an Assistant St. Louis County Counselor.

Cleophus King, 40, and Ronald Johnson, 20 were charged with first-degree murder, two counts of armed criminal action and robbery.

According to court documents, Luke Meiners, 38, was stabbed to death and strangled sometime between March 7 and March 8. His wallet and keys were taken.

Meiners was killed in King’s house in the 5700 block of Waterman in St. Louis, according to police.

On Wednesday, police said Meiners entered King’s house voluntarily before the robbery, but did not elaborate as to how he knew the two suspects.

Detectives found his body in a wooded-area in Venice, Illinois overnight Tuesday.

NewsChannel 5 was outside the residence in the 5700 block of Waterman Tuesday afternoon when police took a man into custody.

Police said the second suspect was arrested later Tuesday afternoon.

Meiners had worked as a lawyer in the County Government Building for the last seven years.

King does have a felony record. He pled guilty to second degree murder back in 1987.

There was another murder in that same house in 1993, but police said they don’t know of any relationship between King and the convicted murderer in that case.

A Houston mother and son allegedly hid a young girl and used her as a sex slave

Gregoria Salgada Vazquez and David Salazar were charged with aggravated kidnapping and aggravated sexual assault of a child after they allegedly had the girl transported from Mexico to Houston, where they kept her pad locked in a room since Jan. 1, the TV station reports.

A witness told police about 18 to 20 shots were fired at about 5:15 p.m. Tuesday in the 2900 block of East 18th Street. It wasn’t clear how many people were involved.

Police went to the scene but didn’t find anyone shot. About 10 minutes later, police learned that Pittman was at Methodist Hospital, suffering from a gunshot wound.

Pittman told police he was driving a van on 18th Street when someone shot him. Police said the van is damaged but that the damage isn’t consistent with Pittman’s account of how he was shot.

Police obtained a picture of a male holding a rifle, and a witness told police that the picture was taken shortly before the shooting began. Police didn’t say who took that picture.

Authorities said the pictured weapon is a .223-caliber semiautomatic rifle, which fires bullets. Police said Pittman was wounded not by a bullet, but by shotgun ammunition.

Police said they found several .223-caliber shell casings at the shooting scene. At least one other vehicle was damaged by a stray bullet, police said.

Officials asked anyone with information about the person in the picture or the shooting to call them at 317-327-3733.

This link shows two lowly beasts

Comments made by an Indiana Congressional candidate are stirring up controversy. Last week, Tony Zirkle told a Kokomo newspaper that segregation between African Americans and other races might not be a bad idea.

On a Wednesday morning radio talk show Zirkle’s primary opponent, Luke Puckett, publically denounced those comments. WUBS is a African American radio station on South Bend’s west side.

Puckett called the comments a “travesty to the political system.”

Newscenter 16 also sat down with Tony Zirkle to get his side of the story.

Republican second district congressional candidate Luke Puckett appeared on the show to condemn his opponent Tony Zirkle’s remarks on segregation. “For me, it’s just a shame that in 2008 when we have done so much as a country, as a Republican party… whom I stand for. To have anyone who calls themselves a Republican, to have these bigoted and racist views of any people,” says Zirkle.

But Zirkle defends his comments. He says he’s not for segregation in terms of oppression or crime. Rather, he says it’s something voters should consider with crime rates and out of wedlock births high among African Americans. “The segregation, when you use that word, it’s a loaded term and many people think about oppressing a people and denying the right to vote. And no one is calling for that type of segregation because that was wrong and I even said that was criminal,” says Zirkle. “We could have six states that are African American, 44 states white and Hispanic, because I don’t really see much of a difference between the two cultures. Let people vote and let them decide.”

St. Joseph County Council President Raphael Morton also appeared on the radio show. Morton Called Zirkle’s remarks “ludicrous.”

“I have to say this is a ploy for media attention. Have to say that has to be a part of it,” says Morton.

Zirkle tells Newscenter 16 that he’s very open to speaking in diverse communities and will accept any invitation to do so.

The two candidates have not officially met. Puckett says they’ve only exchanged e-mails and phone calls. In light of Zirkle’s recent comments, Puckett says his opponent has “no credibility” and he has no plans to debate him. (Here’s one of those buzz words - “credibility”)

No amnesty for moms who used false IDs to give up babies

Antigua, Guatemala - Guatemalan prosecutors have ruled out amnesty for birth mothers who used false identities to surrender their babies to an agency where 46 children being adopted by U.S. families were seized in a raid last August.

The probe of the Casa Quivira agency turned up a slew of irregularities, including at least five cases in which birth mothers were allegedly provided with false identities to avoid having to obtain permission from family members and a judge to give up their babies. In one of the cases, the child was adopted by an Indiana couple.

Eighteen other mothers could not be found under the identities provided in the case files, prosecutors said.

“We can’t give them amnesty,” Prosecutor Jaime Tecu told The Associated Press on Tuesday. “My role as prosecutor is to prosecute anyone who used falsified documents to fool the justice system.”

The lack of amnesty could be a powerful deterrent to resolving the cases and reuniting these babies with their adoptive families in America.

Unless the mothers come forward as their true selves and allow any family member with a claim to the children to properly renounce their rights before a judge, these babies will never have their adoptions finalized and be granted a U.S. visa, according to Guatemalan and U.S. officials.

“We’ve asked for the adoption process to be halted,” said Nineth Guevara, who runs a section of the Solictor General’s office that supervises adoptions. “If the children’s mothers come forward and demonstrate their consent, we’ll let the adoptions go forward. If not, we won’t.”

The fraudulent documents were likely prepared by experts on behalf of the birth mothers, who in many cases are illiterate and could not have done it by themselves, Solicitor General Mario Gordillo has told the AP.

Dallas police: Mom who threw kids off overpass has criminal record

A 27-year-old woman with an extensive criminal background flung her two sons from an overpass onto a busy Dallas freeway Wednesday morning, and then jumped herself, police said.

Khandi Busby faced possible charges of attempted capital murder, said Senior Cpl. Kevin Janse, police spokesman.

She was taken to Baylor Medical Center and her boys, Gary Ford, 8, and Derrick Tennison, 6, were at Children’s Medical Center at Dallas, police said.

All three were in critical but stable condition after surviving the 22-foot drop off the overpass for Jim Miller Road that spans Interstate 30 in east Dallas, also known as the R.L. Thornton Freeway, police said.

Police did not know this morning why Busby threw her children from the overpass at about 6:30 a.m., but they were able to learn what happened just before she did it, Janse said.

“The lady was with her father and two sons and he had stopped to get some gas,” Janse said. “While he was filling up, she exited the vehicle with her two sons and walked to the edge of the bridge.

“She threw her sons off of it and then she jumped.”

Witnesses said the boys struggled to keep from going over the side.

Traffic, meanwhile, was backed up about 4 miles to Gus Thomasson Road in Mesquite.

Public records show Busby was arrested in 2001, 2002 and 2005 by Dallas police, Dallas County sheriff’s deputies and Dallas Area Rapid Transit police.

Charges included assault causing bodily injury — family violence, burglary of a home; criminal trespass with a deadly weapon; aggravated robbery and assault on a public servant.

Busby has also had extensive contact with Child Protective Services, said Marissa Gonzales, a spokeswoman for the agency.

Gonzales stated in a news release that CPS was investigating Wednesday’s incident, but the boys were still hospitalized and the agency had not taken custody of them.

But in 2004, CPS investigated allegations that the boys were being neglected, specifically that they were unkempt and wore dirty clothes.

Police: Father wrote note about killing his three children

Indianapolis - The FBI in Columbus, Georgia, issued another alert for three missing children who may be headed to Indianapolis with their father.

They now say Eddie Harrington sent a letter indicating that he intended to kill the three-year-old boy and one-year-old twin girls before he left Georgia with them.

Harrington is an Indianapolis native, and he and the childrens’ mother lived here about three years ago. Harrington may be driving a 2002 Green Chevy Impala with Indiana License plate 93L4740.

A veteran Miami police officer arrested for beating her girlfriend insisted the arrest was a set-up.

“We were having an argument and that’s OK,” said Yatha LeGrand, hours after she was released from jail Tuesday. “We should be able to contain ourselves, but emotions run high.”

Bay Harbour Islands police arrested LeGrand early Tuesday morning at her condominium, following a disturbance reported by her neighbors.

LeGrand said she left as officers arrived. Then later, when she returned home, she called the lieutenant who had gone back to the station and asked to tell her side of the story.

On a recording of the phone call, LeGrand is heard complaining about financial issues with her girlfriend.

“She’s going around to every single door in the building screaming like she’s a domestic violence victim and she’s not. I’m the victim here,” LeGrand told the lieutenant.

Officers returned to the condominium to interview LeGrand and her girlfriend, Local 10’s Glenna Milberg reported. Officers said they believed LeGrand was drunk.

LeGrand’s girlfriend, who is not being identified, showed them bruises to her face, a smashed cell phone and said she feared LeGrand. She did not want to press charges, but officers did.

““The officer is fairly compelled to have to make the arrest according to state law,” said Bay Harbour Islands Police Chief Duncan Young. “The officer had seen injuries, bruising to the face, and the victim said she was afraid.”

At Miami police headquarters, LeGrand’s personnel file details her 17-year career with the department. She has received a few dozen commendations for good work and 29 reprimands, most for missing court dates and calling in sick when she was not, according to the file. Records show she was relieved of duty once in the summer of 2003, but did not detail why.

Near-riot over Boca Raton housing vouchers sends 9 to hospital

In a sign of the desperation facing Palm Beach County’s poor, hundreds, maybe thousands, descended on the city Wednesday for a chance to get on a subsidized-housing waiting list.

The wait nearly turned ugly when housing officials told hundreds still on line Wednesday morning that they only had enough applications left for those with disabilities. The crowd surged forward, almost crushing mothers with children and people in wheel chairs, said Judith Aigen, Boca Raton Housing Authority executive director.

“I think a riot was about to happen,” she said.

It was then that police in riot gear stepped in, dispersing the angry crowd. Boca Raton Fire Rescue took nine people to area hospitals for medical conditions such as seizures, fainting or diabetic shock, said fire Chief Tom Wood. Police arrested two people and charged them with resisting arrest without violence, said police Chief Dan Alexander.

No one foresaw the response to an announcement by the housing agency that it planned to give out 600 applications for its Housing Choice Voucher program. Only 200 of them will be accepted.

“We just wish somebody would have planned it better,” Alexander said.

The crowd at the authority’s offices on Glades Road just across the street from Town Center mall started gathering at 5 p.m. Tuesday. The police presence increased as the crowd grew, spilling into the neighborhood through the night and into the early morning hours.

Housing officials planned to start giving applications Wednesday morning, but around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday police called Aigen to tell her hundreds of people were already on line. So she made the decision to start handing applications to those first in line.

“We didn’t know there would be this many people,” she said.

People from as far as Jacksonville and Georgia made the trek to Boca Raton, even though they would not be eligible for the vouchers, she said. By 2 a.m., the agency had handed out 500 applications and planned to distribute the remainder to people with disabilities who may not be able to stand in a line. At around 9 a.m., agency officials tried to find those people with disabilities in the crowd.

A man accused of killing his wife and abandoning his child at a train station before fleeing to the U.S. was escorted back to New Zealand on Monday and charged in her death.

Nai Yin Xue made an initial court appearance in the death of Anan Liu, 27, whose body was found in the trunk of the family’s car in the northern New Zealand city of Auckland on Sept. 18.

Authorities said that after killing his wife, Xue, 53, fled to Australia. A security camera recorded him apparently leaving his 3-year-old daughter at a train station in Melbourne before he flew to Los Angeles and went into hiding, police said.

Xue, the publisher of a Chinese-language magazine in New Zealand and a well-known figure in the ethnic Chinese community in Auckland, was arrested in Chamblee, Ga., on Feb. 28 after a residents of Chinese descent there recognized him from media coverage.

Xue was deported from the United States for overstaying a 90-day visa. U.S. immigration officers handed over the manacled martial arts expert to New Zealand police when plane landed early Monday.
